My husband and i stayed for 2nts. The hotel is top notch. Was well received by a very nice, curteous front desk staff Julie or Julia who stood up to welcome us, she was a joy. Though we self parked, Mitchel was super helpful offering assistance. This hotel property is Super Execellent. We really enjoyed our short stay from Nj. The surroundings area is very nice and Tuscan Market. Will be visiting again God willing. 120% recommend.

Apr 23, 2025 · Rosemond SarfoRick was so sweet when I got in late from my flight! He helped bring all my bags to my room, which is above and beyond. It’s nice to have a cafe and restaurant on site, along with rooftop bar. Hotel and cafe staff very friendly. Gym is very nice with two separate sections. In room lighting is very well done, with a night light in the bathroom that can be disabled if needed. Super comfortable sheets and bed, espresso machine in room along with an electric kettle for tea! Don’t see that too often but a big plus. Also loved that they had a steamer for my clothes in the closet, and super comfortable bathrobe! Downstairs restaurant is a classic New England annoyance of mine which is too many tv’s with sports on, unfortunately. The hotel has dark mahogany vibes mixed with leather which is calming, if basic and early 2010s feeling. Fresh flowers in the lobby are gorgeous however, easy parking and drop off areas, and right next to the outdoor and indoor malls so lots of food and shopping options. However the outdoor mall area of Tuscan Village is geared towards cars and not people, so a little soulless
Feb 21, 2025 · Sabrina WI came up to spend the night to do summer clothes in tax free NH. I was extremely impressed with my stay at The Artisan Hotel at Tuscan Village. Olivia at the front desk was friendly and was able to answer all the questions I had about the area. The rooms were the cleanest I have encountered. Every restaurant I tried that while busy, was worth the wait. I'm excited to return to the area for Christmas Shopping and to experience the winter wonderland that staff told me the area becomes.
Apr 24, 2025 · Jennifer St.GodardWe were so excited to stay here that upon arrival, we already planned to come back in September for our anniversary. Our room was 3 stories down from the DJ at the rooftop and the bass was so loud that I couldn’t sleep (I’m 37 weeks pregnant). Our bathroom had something leaking from the floor and the front desk was pretty rude when we asked any questions.
May 10, 2025 · Kaylee MartelI came here for a little vacation (close to home and affordable) needed to get some studying done and I don’t think I can give enough stars for this place. The rooms are beautiful, and so well kept the hotel in itself is stunning and cleanly. The lobby area holds a large bar and also a mini convenience store with snacks and drinks, complimentary breakfast included and great for heading off to work in the AM! Perfect area with lots of things to do, shopping, dining, etc. it’s almost like a little city surrounding you. Amazing hotel, can’t recommend enough. The staff is beyond friendly and always willing to help, Jennifer at the front desk was so kind and helpful even put me on a floor where a wedding party was not staying so I could get some “quiet time” to study. If you’re in the area I would definitely recommend staying here.
