Nice hotel, few minor issues. Wifi wasn’t working for anyone. We had a party of 4 and our bathroom only had 2 bath towels. We requested and received more without issue. The pool is not heated as advertised! One of the elevators briefly got stuck while the doors were opening. No issues since. It is located behind a car dealer, maybe a bit too secluded for some. Unless you prefer the added privacy the hotel location offers. Downtown area is about a 5 min drive away and the highway and other well known stores are nearby. The breakfast selection is basic. Pork sausage was the only meat offered. Arrive early enough and I was told they may have other non-pork breakfast meat options. Staff is very friendly and welcoming. Gym is decent and well sized.

Apr 25, 2025 · Edwin BB AlgarinReally friendly and professional staff. Clean rooms tasty breakfast, easy access from highway and to downtown Haverhill. Had to switch rooms due to chirping smoke detector and it was handled in five minutes. Had to change reservations last minute and it was handled efficiently and courteously. Will def stay again
May 17, 2025 · Meg Libby-MuellerThe rooms were not bad. Mostly I am upset about the service. my family and I stayed at this hotel during a snowstorm when we didn’t want to drive home. Upon leaving, we got charged $250 so we had called the hotel and the lady said it smelled in the room like smoke. We are a non-smoking family, so I’m not sure what they were smelling exactly. The guy had told us she was going to refund it because there was nothing found in the room related to smoking. We then got a call back from the manager of the hotel saying she is not going to refund it because it smells like smoke, she was super rude and unprofessional. We ended up letting it go and paid the $250 since she would not refund it but then we noticed another 250 charge and a $371 charge. In total that is $871 for a one night stay. So I then called the manager back and she was super unkind and refused to speak with me. She then said she will not refund us and hung up the phone. I had to call corporate for a refund and a complaint. I definitely would not recommend this hotel. It was enough to have to pay a $250 fee when I don’t believe The room smells like smoke. It did not smell like smoke when I got there and it definitely did not smell like smoke when I left. $871 for one night is outrageous in this hotel definitely needs new management
Jan 21, 2025 · Arianna RamosQuite possibly the cleanest Hampton Inn I have ever stayed at. The rooms have been remodeled and modernized. The hotel has good lighting all over and it is very clean. The staff is super friendly and make me feel welcomed every time. I can't say enough good things about this property. Highly recommend if you are in the area. Free breakfast and coffee all day is a major plus.
Jan 23, 2025 · Frederick UcedaManager power tipping. In my 7 years of staying in hotels I’ve never been treated so poorly by hotel staff. They have one microwave down in the lobby for every person in the hotel to share. The back side /side parking lot is covered in trash. The door by the spa looks like they just dump the cigarette tray right on the ground. But heaven forbid my coworkers and I cook a meal on a grill by our vehicles after working a 12 hour shift. GM was extremely rude on first encounter. Then sends another dude out that starts swearing every other word at us. Half the rooms don’t have working heaters/ac units. Don’t expect to come here and have any sort of freedom. And don’t let them come in here saying that trash pickup was delayed. There’s a waste to energy plant not even 7 minutes away that’s always taking trash ask me how I know. The EPA really should come look at the river of trash that flows through the parking lot that’s going right into a near by storm drain. Update been here a week and some change. I go down ask for a set of towels they hand me a foot towel… elevator hasn’t been cleaned in a week looks like a plant cargo elevator dirt and rocks everywhere.
