Members of my family who live locally had nice things to say about The Inn at Gran View when we mentioned we were booked here. We stayed here two nights in April 2025. The two young ladies at the front desk that checked us in upon arriving were very nice and helpful. The pool was closed for the season but the view of the St. Lawrence River was amazing. I heard the restaurant was good but alas, that was closed on a Monday night when I needed it. The room itself was just average but it was clean. I saw photos on their site and my bathroom did not look like that. My bathroom had a drop ceiling, a shower head placed too low, slow draining water and a toilet seat that would not stay up. The toilet also clogged up on us and we had to request a plunger so we could unclog it ourselves. The complimentary breakfast was self serve and simple but appreciated. Overall, not the worst place I've ever stayed but at around $200 per night, I'd say it was extremely overpriced.

Wonderful experience staying here for a work trip. The staff was friendly and helpful with local recommendations. The view was incredible. Since I was here out of season, so I missed a lot of the big attractions, but I can only imagine it's above a five star stay during the height of summer.

To begin with we were given the wrong rooms we needed to joining rooms and we were given the wrong rooms. We were supposed to have an extra couch in our room and that was not there. Someone called my daughter at midnight to check her in when we’re already there Someone needs to assess what is going on in this establishment because this was just a mess. I stay here and give you a second chance. Yes I will. The restaurant was wonderful. The view was incredible so I will give you another chance and when I come again, I certainly hope that you have a bettersense of what is going on.

Was there for a wedding. Didn't stay there, but the ceremony by the river looking across to Canada was one of a kind beautiful. The background and facility set up made it a wonderful wedding to attend.

Had to give my review on here. The stay was a great experience, Great affordable price, TV has most of the channel you can think of. The area in general is peaceful great stuff too. Shoutout to Mr. Parker And Ms. Denise for being nice welcomed people and made sure I was treated respectfully answered any question I had and very helpful. I will have to say my experience was a 10/10 I didn't get to use the gym but next time I will for sure lol
