It was so nice to see a very clean condo unit in the middle of New Orleans. The beds are comfortable and clean with all those memory foams including the fold out sofa bed. On top of that, the service was exceptional with a courteous staff throughout our stay. They even made sure to reach out to us when a personal pillow was left in one of the rooms. We are absolutely impressed. The jacuzzi, the heated pool and the hot tub were a plus. It was well worth it choosing The Natchez in NOLA! ❤️👍😄 It is highly recommended!

What we thought was an Airbnb turned out to be an upscale apartment-style hotel — and we couldn't have been happier! The concierge was incredibly responsive and helpful from the start, and the front desk staff made us feel truly welcome. The hotel is spotless, modern, and beautifully maintained. We stayed in a spacious unit with **four bedrooms and four bathrooms**, a **fully equipped kitchen**, and every amenity we could ask for. The hotel also features a **pool, two hot tubs**, **24-hour concierge**, and complimentary **coffee and tea in the lobby**. They even pre-stocked our groceries in the fridge before we arrived — a thoughtful touch that made a big difference. Maintenance was lightning fast (one lightbulb was replaced in 3 minutes), and anything we needed for the kitchen was delivered within 5 minutes. This place was in a great location. Easy walks to most areas of the city. All room comfortable sizes and well laid out. Front desk was always very nice and helpful. Love the overall look of the property. Sound denting between floors is very poor. Be ready to hear everything from the floor above. If you can book a floor up, do so. We could hear the people above walking throughout the night, showering, and talking. I could understand louder noises, but when you can hear conversations, you know they messed up. Wear and tear throughout the property is becoming evident. Property could use a refresher soon at the price point of the rooms. Hot tub attached to pool was not very hot, and the tub on the deck is worn out a bit. No pillows and buttons worn. Overall not a bad time, but if I ever come back, would not stay on the first floor. We did enjoy ourselves at New Orleans! Thank you.

Our family had an amazing six day stay at The Natchez! The staff were friendly and accommodating. They helped us with anything we needed. The bedrooms were clean and spacious. The kitchen had exactly what we needed to make meals. The pool and hot tub kept our kids happy and entertained. The location was perfect for exploring New Orleans! I would highly recommend The Natchez.

This place is awesome! Condos are modern and clean, with a spa bathroom in every bedroom. Beat though is the front desk staff - they’ve been so friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Thanks Natchez!
