So the positives! The room had been freshly decorated so nice and fresh! Very comfy bed. The staff were helpful. Location is great. Negatives....I'll ignore the ongoing work as that's unavoidable. The TV didn't work. The phone didn't work. There was a buzz that lasted a few seconds which happened every minute, sounded almost like an intercom. The curtains are thin and decorative so if you wake up with daylight, you'll wake up early! They were obviously in a hurry to do the rooms, paint on lights, floor etc. The biggest negative, I don't know if it's with changing of systems but we checked out 3 weeks ago and the security deposit hasn't been returned. Hilton just keep saying wait a few more days, hotel fails to reply to emails/chat. So I'm still $300 out of pocket. These might all be teething issues, it's not long been taken over but we won't book again

Oct 20, 2024 · Megan SI gave it two stars strictly because the staff was super friendly and that’s it. 1.) location is sketchy. In the parking lot across the street there was a man doing drugs. We arrived at like 9:30pm and instantly felt on edge 2.) our room was dusty and there was mold. 3.) toilet didn’t work, there was a bug in the tub, and the ceiling was partially collapsed 4.) our towels were ALREADY wet 5.) went downstairs to address issues 2-4 and the gentleman did not hesitate to move us to a new room which was nice. Problem was that the new room had a leaking ceiling in the bathroom and as a result, had a very strongly mildew/mold scent. 6.) although “pet friendly” we had to drive elsewhere for our dog to do her business because there’s not a blade of grass anywhere near the hotel for animals to relieve themselves. Not to mention she also was not feeling the vibe and got extremely anxious every-time we stepped back into the doors. 7.) elevator was broken 8.) breakfast consisted of cereal with no milk and stale pastries. If you’re in NOLA to get drunk on bourbon st and you don’t really have high expectations for where you lay your head at night, this is a great place to stay because it’s within walking distance but for this hotel to refer to itself as “luxury” is a joke. Would NEVER stay here again
Aug 05, 2024 · Raven MoseleyOverall a great hotel! We had a fantastic stay. Area was nice and quiet, with easy walking distance to Bourbon Street and Jackson Square. Room was very clean and had all basic amenities (except for a fridge and microwave) which was very disappointing as we did have lots of leftover food. However, staff were very kind and accommodating and allowed us to check in early since our flight landed early. Location is great if you’re looking for a nice quiet stay.
Aug 17, 2024 · Miranda LettermanI have a love and hate feeling with this Hotel. PROS: - Location is great. Close enough to walk to canal and Bourbon but not too close. - I had a King size bed corner room with double windows on each wall and the view was amazing. Loved it especially in the mornings. - Front desk was great. I cannot remember the lady’s name but she was exceptional. I’d really only come back because she does a fantastic job. CONS: - Constant street/city noise, I mean what do you expect from a city hotel. If you get a window room, expect lots of revving engines, loud music and sirens throughout the night. - No microwave or refrigerator. - Only Valet Parking which price varies depending on size of vehicle. - Tub water kept backing up from the shower head overpressure. -Valet parking is in another building so you would need to call 15-20mins in advance for your vehicle. Reason I give it a 4 is because of the room. When it was quiet the room with the view of the sunrise made up for the cons.
Aug 14, 2024 · K HWe stayed here during March break for a few days. Our initial room was a King bed and really crammed for a family of 4 (2 kids and 2 adults). It also had a very loud toilet that would go on for a few minutes after the flush was pulled. We spoke with the front desk team and they moved us to a room with 2 Queen beds the next day. Service was amazing! Location is amazing; we were able to walk everywhere! The continental breakfast on the other hand, leaves a lot to be desired- they only offer cold items- no protein options (boiled eggs would be great) or hot food. Coffee was decent. We liked the rustic look of the hotel, but missed having a mini fridge / microwave. Would go back- esp because of the service.
