I stayed at the Sheraton for a business conference. The conference food was good and had a lot of variety, and the service staff was very friendly and attentive. The temperature in the conference rooms varied from day-to-day (so bring layers). My hotel room was clean and comfortable. My only complaint is that some of the staff were disorganized. I stayed for two nights, and even though I put the privacy door hanger out, housekeeping tried to come in to clean my room. Also, guest services kept calling me and when I finally answered, they were trying to reach a different guest.

Jun 13, 2025 · GenaI stayed for a birthday visit on 6/6/25-6/8/2025, bathrooms are extremely small, water didn’t get hot enough to take a good HOT shower, and me and a quest arms got bite marks and welp marks all over them every time our skin touched the sheets, I wasn’t too happy with this hotel at all. The check in process was a very COLD Experience. Nothing was explained on how to use to elevators , also I wasn’t told where nothing was, check in person seemed very distant . Although the check out staff was very effective and very accommodating . I have always wanted to stay here, looks nice on the outside , but the inside needs to be updated. I won’t be returning here.
Jun 08, 2025 · KIRK SCOBYThe hotel is very dated. You could see where it needs to have many updates. The hotel staff was absolutely wonderful. However, their Starbucks and gift shop area lacked customer service skills. They don't let you purchase items and add it to your hotel bill. You have to pay for everything separately. It's odd to have these two services not connected to a hotel.
Jun 14, 2025 · Rebecca WoodsNice room, so close to Bourbon Street and Royal, easy to walk all around the French Quarter and up and down the river. Really big lobby area to sit and work if needed, and lovely little bar in the lobby. Really the only thing that isn't five star is maybe the shower, which was a little dated and drippy, but all in all, great place to stay and I would stay there again!
May 16, 2025 · J WarrickLodging dates: 5/16-23/2025. Venue is perfectly located for entertainment and local experience with a thousand shops selling the EXACT same crap at elevated prices but it is Canal Street. Room was clean and well kept. 38th floor had a fantastic view of the city. (NW) Breakfast on the second floor was satisfactory. (Biscuit and gravy, OJ and coffee, $25+.) Good service. Hotel was accommodating with late check out. Elevators: less than desirable. Assigned cars seem like a massive inefficiency and they are split for floors. They all access the meeting space so that was convenient. Escalators: Might be me, but seemed backwards. I continually made mistakes walking around them to continue my upward travel. Not so bad by 3rd day once I was used to them. Meeting spaces were well laid out and fairly easy to get to over the numerous floors. Elevators were slow, so escalators were the way to transition floors. Overall a good stay and pleasant meeting space. Would definitely return and recommend.
