Jerriel was amazing! She made the start great, very friendly and attentive. We had a problem with the air conditioning, she had it fixed in less than an hour. All the staff were helpful and suggested restaurants to try as well as affordable transit. The only downside was the pool was closed for renovation and we weren't made aware of this before hand. They did give us the option to use another hotel a few blocks away. All in all it was a great experience!

Jun 18, 2025 · KeonnaPros: Location, comfy bed, good shower Cons: Digital Key system (just get cards), tight rooms, no comp breakfast. First of all, I had the option of picking my room ahead of time, and they didn't put me in that room. What's the point of giving people the option to select their room if you aren't going to put them there? Things happen. It's fine, just communicate better at the front desk. Started off rough with the digital key not working. Sent a new digital key, didn't work. Wife went and got cards, didn't work. They sent maintenance with assumption the battery died in the access thingy. Nope, it was fine. Cards were programmed to wrong room apparently. Once that was all squared away, things were fine. Really, nothing jumped out as excellent, but the bed was comfy, and the shower had good pressure and seemed to be updated recently. The location is nice for walking. You can head right into the bustle of French Quarter or walk to the quiet parts of town to find lesser-known eateries.
May 19, 2025 · Pat MorrisWe stayed here for four nights during a volleyball tournament, and our experience was great! Gary and the front desk staff were amazing—friendly and accommodating. The hotel’s central location made it easy to walk to the convention center, restaurants, and other nearby spots. On our last day, I was able to store my luggage and retrieve it effortlessly before departing. I didn’t use the valet since I either walked or Ubered everywhere, but with a large event in town, some wait time is expected. While the rooms could use some updates, I’d absolutely stay here again!
Mar 19, 2025 · Nikki The RealtorGood afternoon, I'd like to make a few observations about this hotel. Me and My girlfriend and stayed here for three nights (May 16 to May 19), but we had a very bad experience choosing this hotel. 1- The air ducts were moldy and rusty. 2-The air filter was super dirty, and I think that caused my girlfriend to get a sore throat. 3-The sink faucet was very hard to turn on and off. 4-The drawer handles were damaged. The closet door hinges were rusty. 5-The television had no signal on more than 75% of the channels. 6-Finally, during valet parking, I noticed they used my truck. I repeat, we had a very bad experience at this hotel.
