This was the best hotel experience I've had in New Orleans as a mature adult. (I've stayed on Bourbon in my youth, but that's a whole different experience). The location is great. Within a block of Bourbon and 2-3 blocks of the riverfront area. Close enough if you want to party/drink, but far enough away so that there is no noise when you want to get away from the debauchery. The rooms are small, but very clean, very boutique-like. Service is amazing. They'll send you a text every day to see if you need anything. Parking is expensive, but probably no different from anywhere else in the French Quarter. Very convenient though, just give your keys to the front desk when you're done unloading, and they take care of everything from there. Highly recommend. If you want a quiet place that is close enough to the party, then stay here. I definitely will be staying here from now on.

Jun 12, 2025 · hpsmoothieI recently stayed at Indigo Hotel New Orleans and overall had a good experience. The customer service was excellent — the staff was friendly, welcoming, and made sure we were taken care of. The food was definitely A1 — flavorful, fresh, and a highlight of the stay. The room itself was on the smaller side, and the bathroom was pretty tight, which made it a bit less comfortable. One thing that stood out in a not-so-great way was that the curtains in our room were noticeably filthy, which I hope was just an oversight. That said, I’d absolutely be willing to give this location another try — hopefully with a better room next time because everything else made for a nice stay!
Jun 13, 2025 · Patrick Covington (Patrick C Photo)Attention all baddies, report to this HOTEL IMMEDIATELY! When I say SERVICE, I mean top notch! Aleisha (KEYS) and Aleisha Jr were amazing! Room was ready early, looked and smelled CLEAN. Valet was perfect and seamless when needing our car. I loved the room, it has everything you need! Comfortable and clean bed and room. Zero complaints! We walked to bourbon St and I had heels on so it’s closer than it seems on maps, because I was fine! 🥰 I recommend this Hotel times TEN, go stay with the best staff in the city!
May 08, 2025 · StormyProximity to Canal St, many sites and restaurants is great. I felt safe inside the hotel and surrounding area. I loved the hotel overall and all employees were friendly but the water pressure in my shower was very, very low. I did not advise the front desk as I just didn't want the hassle of moving rooms or having service member in my room. My brother's room was adjoining to mine and his shower's water pressure was fine.
Apr 20, 2025 · P SquaredWe had "bad luck with the run of house distribution of rooms", according to the lady at reception. This was after we realised that our room had no window and I went downstairs again. I know good customer service a little differently... If we had known that there were rooms without windows in this hotel, we would not have booked it. The room was not only windowless and therefore dark, but also very small. Especially the bathroom. No chance for two people. If the bathroom door is open, for example, you can't get into the shower. The room doesn't have a safe. It was also noisy, as behind the wall are the lifts and the cleaning room or something similar. Valet is quite expensive. But, the room was very clean, good bed and everything worked. The location is also OK. I will definitely book another hotel next time - for this price and 3 stars you can expect a bit more.
