Hotel isn’t very clean, and room service didn’t come to clean our room. They charge $50 a day to park vehicle, but then it takes forever to get it from vallet service. The only reason we booked the hotel was it had a pool l, and was close to the French quarter. Then the pool was closed our entire trip for a planned closure. If that is the case they should notify guests so they can stay elsewhere if they wanted a pool. Overall poor experience. Stay outside of this area and drive in. Pay to park it will be cheaper, and you will get a much nicer hotel.

Jun 10, 2025 · Scarlett IrvingNot bad experience at this Hilton Garden Inn. Checked-into a corner suite for 3 nights. Service was stellar (kudos to LilRoy). Only negative was the bathroom floor as it looked like it was never mopped prior to our arrival, still had stains and hair. Other than that, everything else was great. Would recommend this hotel for the location - close to Bourbon/French Quarter.
May 08, 2025 · RB CaminsEveryone has been so helpful and friendly even with how they handled my phone call the day before wanting to select a special room. The hotel is extremely clean and located with in walking distance of Bourbon St and several street car stops. We can in drenched from a rain storm and they went above and beyond. Even got us warm towels to dry off
May 29, 2025 · Brandi LemonsI am a Hilton Diamond member and typically stay at Hilton locations 25% or more of the year. This location makes me seriously reconsider. AC isn't working correctly in the room, they say they will send a tech. Never do. I call back, they don't answer. I have to resort to texting them to reach anyone. My key didn't work, the place is rundown and pretty dirty. But hey, you get drink/food vouchers right? Only works if the bartender doesn't leave for an "emergency" and the systems don't crash at the front desk so they can't process transactions. I can't think of a single positive attribute of this hotel. I certainly won't be staying here again, that's for sure! Update: I had the Executive Housekeeper come to my room and she was the only decent person I have dealt with at this property. Funny enough though, she gave me 4 drink vouchers that Bill the "Guest Services" person wouldn't accept after having the bar closed every day I was at the hotel. I would rate this hotel -100. I will be switching to Marriott immediately and doing a status match. Hilton, you need to remove this location.
May 05, 2025 · Doug SutterStayed for one night, location is great if you came to experience Burbon St and The French Quarter. I am not pleased with the room itself. The air conditioning is not operating properly the room was set to 60 but did not go below 75. The restroom was not visually acceptable. There was a permanent dirt ring in the tub and where the shower mat was the dirt outline was still there. There's also rust is the tub and a thin shower curtain. The room slept 4 but there were no small face towels and only 3 large. The receiver on the phone was not working. First I thought the phone was off. Finally I tried the speaker option and got thru to guest services and requested some towels. THEY NEVER CAME! Also i think there so much fragrance on the check in floor to combat the smell when entering the room. Also don't try the chat with the guest services rep thru the Hilton App, didn't work. I sat watching the app waiting for me digital key, the app continued to show they were preparing the room. After 30 minutes, its around 430 that afternoon, I decided to go to the desk about the delay. At which I was advised there was an issue with my card, turns out I entered the wrong number, but the system took it and just left myself in limbo. Why not state there was an error processing the card just as the employee did. They needed my card for a $50 deposit for any incidentals. The room was paid for...
