I had an amazing stay . the hotel was clean & comfortable . The building it’s self was safe and secure with a personalized code to get in and out your room and the hotel. Both security officers were amazing they welcome me every single time I walked in the door . It was a nice and quiet environment. The best thing is we were a 5 min walk from bourbon street … EVERYTHING IS AROUND THE AREA . Grocery store , gas station , convenient store , etc … I will definitely book again .

Apr 04, 2025 · KiiaBe prepared to live in a beautiful looking HELL!!! Pros - rooms are big, new, bed is new so very comfy and firm. Rooms are new so fairly clean. Cons - the whole building, YES the whole building including each floor, elevators, smells like dog poop masked with cleaners. They need to use Vinegar, Baking Soda and Borax. You will NOT receive service here. If you are expecting anything, (extra towels, dishes, basic essentials,) keep in mind room is not equipped. It will take forever for you to receive anything at all. ROAMI is terrible at service. They are so nice on the phone when you talk to operators but at the hotel/service level, you will get nothing. It’s frustrating and absolutely terrible. Needless to say I will not stay here again.
Apr 12, 2025 · N AThe whole building smells like a cesspool from the lobby to the top floor and that smell stayed that way the entire time i was there which was 8 days. The rooms look nothing like what was in the pictures but they still were still nice looking and spacious. there was water damage on the ceiling, we were left 3 rolls of toilet paper for 8 days and they refused to bring more when we called housekeeping even when we asked to just pay for more they told us to go buy some from the market. They have a number for housekeeping and maintenance but they do not help with anything at all, the room was never cleaned, we could not get new towels or extra blankets, the room only had things at a bare minimum. Me and my boyfriend also left with a sinus infection probably because of mold or the cesspool scent going through the whole building. we also paid for a late checkout and 3 different people came into the room telling us we should have left already which was pretty rude. overall the stay was decent but the location was perfect and you could walk most places you needed to get to, its close to the hot spots so that was nice but everything else was lack luster.
Apr 08, 2025 · Shania EspinosaWe had a fantastic stay. We had two adjacent units, which was a great arrangement. They were spacious, well appointed, and very comfortable. The building is centrally located but not right in the noisiest part of NOLA. Very convenient. I am surprised to see other reviews with issues with Roami's responsiveness. Before our trip, the staff was very quick to reply to my questions. We arrived on Christmas Day so I was concerned we might not be able to contact them, but I received speedy and thorough responses to questions about checking in. And bonus points for extra kind customer service: my mother left an item with sentimental value in our unit. She contacted them, and they located it. She had trouble arranging for pre-paid shipping, and the staff member at Roami said not to worry about it and he shipped it back to her, free of charge. Only issue is that the tubs are very high -- if anyone in your party has mobility issues, this is challenging. Overall, highly recommend this property!
Feb 06, 2025 · Elana HoffmanThis is the worst hotel I ever stayed so far, never in my life will ever stay in any Roami property again. I was expecting this hotel was like Sonder, it turned out it’s more like a disaster. I arrived nearly 2 hours early, they told me I’m not allowed to check in early due to back to back reservations, which means my room is being cleaned and not ready yet. After waiting in the lobby for a while, what I received was the dirtiest hotel room I ever seen in my life, so I called them to request room change, the first person who answered my phone told me every room was booked for tonight, but they would send housekeeper to clean my room. No surprise, nobody ever came to clean, then they eventually let me move to other room, even though the new room was cleaner than the previous one, toilet water is leaking all over the floor, even shower head is completely broken. These things are just unacceptable, I do not suggest anyone to stay here, even though they offer some cheapest room rates in the city.
