Overall vibe of the hotel is awesome. Pros include well stocked mini bar an snack in the room that are reasonably priced compared to other hotel, the bed was very comfortable and it was very clean. Cons, very thin walls and very simple room but I guess that goes with the overall theme. Great hotel to bring your significant other or current fatal attraction.. very intimate vibe.

Dec 27, 2023 · False AdvrtismntPros: Extremely friendly staff. They are soso kind. Good location, kind of tucked away from the noise on Bourbon Street. About 20 minute walk from there. Big rooms if you upgrade to premium. Most comfortable bed ever. Nice Lobby. Great shower. Cons: Paper thin walls. Loose floorboards. Could hear everyone in rooms and halls. The coffee situation was weird. There's no coffee in rooms or lobby anytime you want it. There's a coffee bar, for purchase, with limited hours and no earlier than 7:30am. The restaurant and bar are the same. Not open till 5:30pm and close early.
Nov 12, 2023 · Kristy JacksonGreat old historic hotel. About a 10 minute walk from bourbon st, canal all the fun. But also in a quieter part of the city. Very vintage and swanky style. They have a fabulous more upscale restaurant for evening and the coffee and breakfast area was really great. The room was a little dark but just go more of an upgraded room because some rooms don't even have windows. So that would be the icky thing I would just be careful on is the type of room you are choosing. We would definitely stay again.
May 01, 2023 · Stacy HarrisWhat a phenomenal hotel. I loved everything about it. The rooms are big, with a lot of character. It is within walking distance to many things, including the streetcars. The staff is beyond friendly and the rooms are clean. A little coffee cafe, in the hotel, just tops off the stay. I'm super jacked that my husband and I chose to stay here during our brief stay in New Orleans.
Apr 15, 2023 · Ashley CoffmanMy friends and I had a great stay in New Orleans, and a huge part of that was our stay at the 77. We were a group of 4, and booked a Deluxe Room with 2 Double Beds, and it was spacious enough for all of us to sleep very comfortably. There isn’t any room service, but there’s plenty of iconic, delicious places to eat & drink within a walkable distance. There’s a 24/7 concierge, along with a virtual concierge available via text, which texts your number upon booking. Lastly, the vibe here was amazing! The staff were so kind and helpful, and the place has a vintage theme inside and out, with high-tech necessities. Definitely will be staying here again next time I visit the Big Easy!
