A nice boutique hotel, with a very friendly and helpful staff (the guy who worked afternoons/evenings at the desk was great!). The place/our room were clean and quiet, everything worked as it should. The "boutique" design with skulls everywhere feels a bit dated but who cares. The location was great, just a few blocks from Canal (and its streetcars), which means you can easily walk to the French Quarter. It's also very close to the river which is nice. All in all, an hotel I would recommend to my friends and family.

Jun 18, 2025 · JM AudoubertThe hotel was nice and the front desk staff were kind and helpful during our stay. I stayed at another hotel the same week and thought the Cambria was better. The bathrooms could use fans because rooms do get humid, but otherwise rooms are good. My credit card was charged a random amount two days after I checked out, but after a week they were able to refund me. It should have never happened but at least it was resolved!
May 03, 2025 · Rachel MillerThis hotel is a hidden gem in New Orleans. The rooms are amazing large and spacious. The food at the cafe is surprisingly amazing. This hotel is a great location as well. Highly recommend this place for your next trip to New Orleans.
Jun 15, 2025 · Meagan WahlVery nice no hotel in a fairly central location. Clean and fairly spacious. I would not hesitate to rebook this hotel again. After staying in a couple of hotels in New Orleans, I realized that this is a noisy city even outside of the French Quarter. This is where this hotel excels as it is exposed to a small side street and another road which is a larger street but not a main artery. If you want quiet, this hotel is it! Fancier hotels I stayed in had awful insulation from car noise as mufflers seem to be rare in NO. Location is also great as everything is within a 20 minute walk and away from the craziness of the city. No free water in the lobby which would be nice for the hot climate. Note that there is a mandatory $20/night resort fee and some of the items listed on the website were absent such as the free coffee and water bottle. We were provided a free cocktail at the bar.
