The grounds have lots to offer. The staff was pleasant and accommodating- not their fault the quarters are really cramped, but they were all smiles and very friendly. The ice maker in our room was not working and leaked water all over the floor. Cleaning supplies/ garbage/ soiled linens were in the hallways which are super tight to begin with. The elevator is quite small. Parking in the nearby lot was much less expensive and convenient than valet here.

May 20, 2025 · Jayme Poirrier, Licensed Health AdvisorIf your accommodation needs are in the CBD(downtown)or Convention Center area, don't miss out on this place. Fantastic staff, everyone exudes a welcoming and pleasant attitude and demeanor. The staff is quick to begin rectifying any issues. The place is neat and clean, checking in is quick. Breakfast has many options, and the coffee is made correctly, strong! Ken at the front desk is most helpful and has great customer service. This is one place that shows proper management and leadership flows down to employees. Keep it up Mr. Inscoe.
Jun 13, 2025 · Derek DanielI recently stayed at the this hotel and it was a mixed bag. We had a spacious two bedroom two bath suite with separate living area which we liked very much. Plenty of room to hang out. You won’t get that elsewhere. Mattresses were too hard for my taste and not great. Only downside was lack of windows gave it a slightly cave like feel. It was clean. We asked for extra pillows when we arrived. Never got them. The valet was great but parking was of course extra. It did have in/out privileges. No issues getting our car. The hotel has a nice outdoor area with pool and basketball court. It’s convenient walk to wwii museum but we took Lyft rides(about$10) to the French quarter or drove our car. The worst part was the free breakfast. Rehydrated eggs, bacon. Usual fair like cereal, bagels etc. we opted out of breakfast by the third day. It just generally wasn’t very good and repetitive. I did enjoy the king cake in the lobby each day however.
Apr 30, 2025 · Jeanne ParrishVery nice place. Beds are very comfortable. Rooms are the size of a small one-bedroom apartment and the Continental breakfast is the best we've had on our whole trip. Very friendly staff and you're about 25-minute walk to Bourbon Street and a lot of activities that you want to do.
Feb 18, 2025 · Andrew SuttonMy home away from home when I was visiting for a conference. An awesome residence style hptel for the four days I was here. The pool was a lifesaver in the hot weather and really clean and well-maintained with the towels. And wasn't too busy at all. The pickleball courts were a lot of fun (suggest you bring your own Raquets even though they have some used ones at the front desk). The front desk was super accommodating when a friend of mine decided to join me last minute they upgraded the room to a type that accommodated it with only a tiny bit extra added on. Really appreciated that fantastic hospitality. Everyone was super nice at the front desk. They also have a popcorn machine which was great and breakfast was standard Hotel breakfast but could not complain given the variety also coffee available all day. I only used the gym once but it was fine for a few days and in any case you end up walking a lot in New Orleans. Close by to everything including Conference center and no more than a 15 or 20 minute walk to the casino and then maybe another 5-10 minutes to Bourbon street. Also a stone's throw away from some amazing restaurants including a taco place around the corner as well as a Mexican restaurant called Mr Oso just up the road. I won't stay anywhere else when I come visit New orleans. Thank you for a great stay.
