Spacious clean rooms with tiled floors and walk in shower. We booked a superior king for three nights. Albeit a bit far from French quarter , it is probably the best choice for conference goers. I appreciated the toiletries - shower caps , toothbrush , mouthwash and sewing kit .

Jun 17, 2025 · maggie macMy wife and I spent the Memorial Day Weekend at this hotel. Everything was on point as was expected. The M Club breakfast and snacks were a time and money saver. Ms Beatrice was lively and accommodating. All was well until we returned to valet parking from an outing, only to discover a Full sign at the front with no attendant in sight. My wife went inside to inquire returning shortly obviously frustrated. I went inside and met the parking manager, (Enrique). He began yelling at me about my wife. I told him that I was there about parking my vehicle and nothing else, as if I was expected to listen to him berate my wife of 38 yrs. I explained that we were hotel guests and had been parking with in and out privileges. He cut me off and said that he was refusing me services and that I could not park on the premises. Frustrated, I walked out to prevent imminent escalation. My wife had meanwhile made contact with the Hotel Manager Brittany Clark. Now, I don't know what transpired , but she told us to leave the vehicle and she would handle the issue. I wish to commend her in remedying the issue I felt that this hotel offered excellent service and value. A reflection of good management!
May 28, 2025 · John RodgersRecently stayed here several nights for work and was thoroughly impressed. The hotel's location is very good; it's quiet, with immediate access to the convention center and walking distance to the French Quarter. The room was spacious and squeaky clean, and the HVAC worked well. The mattress and pillows were exceptionally comfortable, and though the shower controls were finicky, the water pressure was strong. Last, but not least, all the staff here are absolutely phenomenal, especially Darren and Mike. Darren at the front desk was incredibly friendly and efficient. He (amazingly) remembered my name throughout my stay, from the minute I checked in until the minute I left. I'm also grateful for Mike the porter; when I needed to check out prior to leaving NOLA, he made sure my luggage was totally secure, and he helped load it into my car when it was finally time to leave. All in all, this was a great experience, and I'd easily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting NOLA, especially those wanting to be near the convention center.
Mar 15, 2025 · David MatosIf attending a convention, you could hardly ask for a better location than the Marriott Warehouse District, directly across from the convention center. This hotel also excels in terms of room cleanliness and condition, and perhaps above all else, a super comfortable bed and quiet sleeping environment. But what truly sets it far above and apart from the competition is their incredibly helpful, super friendly, and efficient front desk team. As a person who taught hospitality training as a career, I can honestly say this was one of the best examples of genuine hospitality I've ever experienced over the lady 40+ years! Way to go, staff... you elevated my stay from mundane to memorable. Highly recommended.
Apr 18, 2025 · Steve S (Steve in NEPA)This was an absolute gem of a hotel. The rooms are clean and modern, plenty of outlets and chargers. The rooftop pool was small but relaxing. I had access to the lounge, where the staff was absolutely incredible. Standard breakfast and hors d'oeuvres, but well presented and tasty. The staff were friendly all around. The only complaint we had was that when the room was cleaned our first morning our hard earned cups from bourbon street seem to have been thrown away. Honestly an innocent mistake.
