I stayed at the Perkins House unexpectedly while caught in a Spring snowstorm. Gretchen and Keith were amazing hosts, and went above and beyond what I was expecting, which was just a clean, warm bed. Keith dug me and my stupid car out of two snowy ditches and was incredibly gracious about it. He then cooked me dinner because it wasn’t possible to go out. I had a lovely time chatting with him and Gretchen, who showed me the house. Keith made me a delicious breakfast early the next morning, which was again more than I expected given that they both had to work and hadn’t anticipated having a guest. They were so warm and kind to me. The house itself is fascinating. It was spotless and cosy, and I’d love to come back again when I won’t get stuck in a ditch.

Spent two nights (2 rooms) here as we visited family for Thanksgiving. Rooms were clean. Bed was comfortable. There were tons of holiday decorations that lifted my spirits every time we returned. The hosts are friendly and charming. Keith makes a killer, filling breakfast! And, their pup was lots of fun. When we return to Cornish, we will definitely stay here.

The Perkins House B & B is lovely and well decorated , yet comfortable and very clean. Gretchen was a generous host along with Keith. Our Room was spacious and the bed was perfect. It was designed as my "home away from home" offering a personal touch and cozy atmosphere. At night we even sat by the beautiful fireplace on the deck which was very relaxing. We also got to enjoy the porch and play with Dolce there dog and he stole our hearts💕! And breakfast prepared by Keith was simply amazing, and delicious! We highly recommend this for travelers and to our friends. Hope to visit again soon! Thank you John and Beverly Dourado

We loved staying at the Perkins House while visiting Maine. Gretchen & Keith are wonderful and the house and grounds are beautiful. The carriage house is cozy and comfortable. It’s the perfect place to stay - a great blend of Southern hospitality and North Woods atmosphere. Centrally located to the mountains and the coast. Best Bed & Stay ever!
