There's also a sophisticated coffee machine and bagged ice available in the breakfast/coffee area, though guests typically take their breakfast to their rooms as there is no designated eating area. A gift shop/newsstand is also on the premises.

Guest rooms, including Main Inn guest rooms, Bungalows, and Studios, are air-conditioned and thoughtfully appointed. They feature luxurious bed linens, plush bathrobes, APOTHEKE White Vetiver bath products, flat-screen TVs (some 32-inch, some 50-inch with Netflix, Hulu, and streaming services), mini-fridges, microwaves, coffee/tea makers, in-room safes, hairdryers, garment steamers, and phones with free local calls. Some rooms also feature kitchenettes. While some guests have noted smaller room sizes, especially for studio rooms, and the absence of trays for breakfast, overall room cleanliness and decor are highly praised. The presence of a sound machine in some rooms is a thoughtful touch.

The Sagaponack is also a pet-friendly hotel, ensuring that furry companions are as comfortable as their owners. There is typically an extra charge for pets, often around USD 75 per accommodation per stay, and pet restrictions apply to specific rooms. For those who enjoy active pursuits, customized priority bikes and e-bikes are available for exploring the scenic surroundings. Lawn games are also available for family and friends.

Features and Promotional Information:

Customer Reviews and Overall Experience:

Overall, The Sagaponack garners very positive reviews, holding an "Excellent" rating of 8.8 based on numerous guest experiences. Guests consistently commend the great location, fair pricing for the Hamptons, clean fresh linens, and comfortable beds. The property is noted for its cleanliness and well-maintained appearance. The staff and service receive high praise for their helpfulness and warmth. Many appreciate the stylish remodel and the thoughtful touches in the rooms, such as the sound machines and high-quality bath products. The pet-friendly policy is a significant positive for those traveling with animals.

However, some reviews point out areas for improvement. Some guests have experienced issues with skylights making it difficult to sleep in, and a few have noted that staff are not on-site after 6 PM, with no response when calling the lobby after hours. There have been comments about some skipped corners/details during the remodel. While many find the rooms cozy, some describe them as "very very tight" or "crammy," particularly the studio rooms, and some have mentioned issues with musty smells or wet carpets, though these appear to be isolated incidents. Breakfast, while appreciated for its sophistication (especially the coffee machine and bagged ice), lacks a designated eating area, requiring guests to dine in their rooms without trays. A few guests have found the pricing to be high, even for the Hamptons, and some have reported hearing noise from other rooms due to thin walls. Despite these minor criticisms, the overarching sentiment is one of enjoyment and satisfaction, with many guests expressing a desire to return for future stays in the Hamptons.

We had the most wonderful weekend getaway experience! The rooms are comfortable, new, and very clean. The amenities are great, they had beach chairs and umbrellas, snacks, and drinks. And the location is perfect, definitely will be returning!

We had a very nice stay. Everything was clean and comfortable. The only con was that there are no screens on the windows so you can’t keep the windows open.
