We spent a night at Brinkwaters last week and were very happy. Super clean room and bath, very comfortable bed and bedding. Coffee pot, coffee and condiments were provided as well as a mini fridge. Very quiet as well, we never heard anyone else in the hallway. The location is great, close to all Damascus shops. Would highly recommend.

Sep 13, 2024 · Beth BurgerBrinkwaters is a great place to stay in Damascus. Our room (the Day Tripper) was nicely laid out and clean. The kids loft (we did not use this) was up a metal ladder and was a nice area for children to sleep in. The bathroom was clean and bright and the water pressure was just right. It is within walking distance to many stores and sites in the town. I recommend staying here if you’re coming for a visit or just passing through. A couple of suggestions for the hotel: have a luggage rack to place luggage on in the room and add curtains or change out the shade on the window so there is no light coming into the room.
Jul 19, 2024 · erin riederLoved the location of this spot and the furnishings were modern and new. We didn't love the open ceilings - someone in the building was watching a movie in their room and it was loud in our room and the hallway. The lofts were nice but consider bringing your own sleeping pads for kids up there because the pads were about the thickness of a yoga mat. Also - there is no staff on site and response to texting ends at 6 pm, so any late night issues are a bit of a challenge. We didn't have any, thankfully, and appreciated all the ways that customer service helped us with our questions and check in.
Jul 11, 2024 · Sara StahlmanThis was the second time we stayed at Brinkwaters hotel with a group of friends. We came to enjoy fellowship and encouragement with one another during this trip. We were thankful we had a chance to see the mountains, enjoy nature walks, and the bicycling trails. Our friend booked the hotel stay months in advance, because this place gets booked quickly . The place has rooms with single, double, or for larger families, so they can prepare meals. We also enjoyed the day room or community lobby with two TV’s, a video game (was not working during our stay) long table with chairs for 6, nice living room couch and 2 chairs that swivel. Overall, we enjoyed our stay in October 2023. We plan to recommend this area for entire family for summer vacation.
Nov 06, 2023 · N McCGreat place to stay. The rooms were spacious and clean. The location is perfect for the outdoor enthusiasts (hiking, biking, fishing). We fished half a day with the Speckled Trout Outfitters. Their team provided an exceptional service and we caught a ton of fish. Highly recommend both Brinkwaters and Speckled Trout Outfitters.
