Stayed about a week ago for a couple of nights. Hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. The location was perfect with incredible views of the mountain out of our window. Room and bathroom were clean. Plenty of room for our group. Beds were comfortable and the fan in the room was very nice to have to fall asleep to. We don’t have kids but it seemed like a very kid friendly area. No bar at the hotel which was a disappointment. Tons of space on the main floor for an event. Loved the interior old mountain vibe too. 10/10 will stay again

Occasional mentions of water pressure issues in showers or issues with sofa beds not being perfectly cushioned have also appeared. Despite these minor critiques, the overwhelming sentiment points to a highly positive experience, with guests expressing a strong intent to return. The exceptional staff service and the unbeatable location for accessing Waterville Valley's attractions are consistently cited as major strengths, often outweighing any minor drawbacks in room aesthetics or on-site dining options. May 19, 2025 · Jacob CarlsonDon’t really leave reviews but I just have to say this place is amazing, we were only there for a couple days to explore the trails and just get away from everything and it did not disappoint being right in the middle of the mountains!! The rooms were very nice and clean with good views and the service was awesome! Great biking and walking trails right at the hotel. Definitely gonna be back this summer! Would recommend 10/10.
May 19, 2025 · Nate ObrianI have never had such terrible customer service. I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but this experience was unacceptable. We had a confirmed reservation over a month ago for a wedding, only to be contacted on a Saturday morning and told that it had to be cancelled. The website allowed to be book for 1 night and they made us cancel because of a "2 night stay minimum." No attempt was made to accommodate us or help us find a comparable alternative. Even with them knowing we were booking for an occasion and 2 night stay was not workable on our end, which is why we booked for 1. The "Manager" who would not state his name had no sympathy in the matter and he was incredibly rude and unprofessional. This kind of disorganization and lack of accountability is incredibly frustrating. Especially when none of this was our fault and now we have no place to stay. I would strongly caution others to double-check their reservations if booking here—or better yet, choose a hotel that stands by its word! You won't see us booking here ever again.
May 18, 2025 · brittany peckMy wife and I booked a night at this hotel for a wedding in august over a month ago and received a call from them on a Sunday morning stating that there was a two night minimum and we’d have to either cancel or extend our stay. I spoke to someone who claimed to be the manager but would not give me his name. He was extremely rude and unprofessional the entire conversation. I explained to him that if there was a two night minimum then the website should not have allowed me book only one night, furthermore explained I booked through their website direct and not a third party site. Gentleman I spoke to said that wasn’t his fault and that it is now my responsibility to either cancel or extend our stay. Stated to him that I have a child under a year old and that was not possible. He was less than helpful in accommodating an issue that was not due to my own accord. I was left with a sour taste in my mouth after being spoken to so rudely by a “manager” of a hotel. I’ve never been spoken to so rudely by hotel staff in my life. To say I will never stay at a this hotel or one of its affiliates is an understatement. I hope the other couple that had their room cancelled did not have to endure this level of unprofessionalism that my wife and I dealt with.
May 18, 2025 · Jessie ThomasWe stayed here for our little winter vacation getaway and sadly we left early. We were supposed to be there from December 26th-29th, and we left the Saturday morning instead. The walls are literally, paper thin just as others describe in their reviews which we should have paid more attention to. We could not sleep, we had very very noisey neighbors that yelled, screamed, banged, jumped all hours of the day and night. We could smell whatever they were cooking, all night which again kept us up because it smelt like burning food at 11pm. The hotel is pretty. Definitely needs upgrading. Shower was horrific, water sprays out from the mixing valve burning hot. A pipe broke while we were there, so no hot water for a couple hours but to the hotels credit, it was fixed very quickly and communication was good about it. The best part of this hotel is the location. Walking distance from Town Square, tubing, restaurants etc. The breakfast was better than most continental. Staff was very friendly. Rooms are pretty big, beds are fine. Unfortunately, we won't stay again because of the rooms not being in the least bit sound proof.
