A beautiful resort, close enough to the boardwalk and other sights to walk to easily. Great view of the beach, and very peaceful. The staff were very polite, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. The rooms were very comfortable, spacious, and best of all, quiet. We never felt disturbed by our neighbors or any outside noise. The pool was a wonderful way to relax after a day on the boardwalk. While it was a bit pricey, the quality is well worth it. Will absolutely be choosing this hotel again for future trips.

The White Sands Oceanfront Hotel & Spa Introduce

For those seeking an exceptional oceanfront retreat along the New Jersey coast, The White Sands Oceanfront Hotel & Spa presents a compelling option. Situated at 1205 Ocean Ave, Point Pleasant Beach, NJ 08742, USA, this resort hotel is a prime destination for individuals and families searching for "Hotels Near Of Me" that combine scenic beauty with comprehensive amenities. This detailed introduction aims to provide an objective overview of the hotel, encompassing its environment, services, features, and available promotional insights, drawing upon both its official description and authentic customer feedback.

The environment of The White Sands Oceanfront Hotel & Spa is undeniably its most striking feature. Its location directly on Ocean Avenue in Point Pleasant Beach immediately signifies an oceanfront setting, offering guests direct access to the sandy shores and breathtaking views of the Atlantic. Customer reviews consistently highlight the "Great view of the beach" and describe the resort as "beautiful," underscoring its picturesque surroundings. The ability to easily walk to the boardwalk and other local sights further enhances its environmental appeal, positioning it as an ideal base for exploring the vibrant offerings of Point Pleasant Beach. The atmosphere within the resort is described as "very peaceful," suggesting a tranquil escape despite its proximity to popular attractions. This balance of serenity and accessibility is a significant draw, allowing guests to relax by the ocean while still having convenient access to entertainment and dining options.

In terms of services, The White Sands Oceanfront Hotel & Spa prides itself on delivering a high standard of hospitality. Customer feedback frequently commends the staff, describing them as "very polite, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional." This emphasis on courteous and efficient service significantly contributes to a positive guest experience, ensuring that visitors feel welcomed and well-attended to throughout their stay. While specific details about every service might not be exhaustive, the presence of a "Spa" in the hotel's name indicates a dedicated wellness facility, likely offering various treatments and relaxation opportunities, catering to guests looking for rejuvenation. The availability of a pool, described as "a wonderful way to relax after a day on the boardwalk," further enhances the range of leisure services, providing an alternative or supplementary option for water-based relaxation beyond the ocean itself. For any specific service inquiries, such as dining options, conference facilities, or specific spa treatments, guests are encouraged to contact the hotel directly using the provided phone numbers: (732) 899-3370 or +1 732-899-3370.

The features of The White Sands Oceanfront Hotel & Spa are a mix of compelling positives and a few points that prospective guests should be aware of. On the positive side, the rooms are consistently praised for being "very comfortable, spacious, and best of all, quiet." The assurance that guests "never felt disturbed by our neighbors or any outside noise" highlights a strong commitment to providing a restful environment, a crucial feature for any resort aiming to offer a peaceful escape. The direct beach views are another paramount feature, allowing guests to immerse themselves in the coastal ambiance from the comfort of their rooms. The convenient proximity to the boardwalk and other attractions, accessible by a short walk, further adds to the hotel's appeal, making it easy for guests to explore the area without needing to rely on transportation. Additionally, despite some negative feedback, one guest clearly stated that "the quality is well worth it" even if it was "a bit pricey," suggesting that for many, the overall experience justifies the cost, pointing towards a high standard of amenities and service.

However, it is crucial to address some contrasting feedback regarding certain room features. One customer described the place as "too small" and noted specific design issues within the bathroom, such as "no sink in the bathroom" with the sink being "in front of the bathroom that other people that are coming out the bathroom get hit with the door." This feedback points to potential variations in room layout or design, which might impact the comfort and convenience for some guests. Furthermore, a highly critical review raised significant concerns about the quality of the toilet paper, suggesting it could cause "urine infection" and detailing a very negative experience related to this. While this is an isolated and strong negative comment, it is part of the objective information available and should be noted by prospective visitors. It is advisable for guests with specific sensitivities or concerns to inquire about room layouts and amenities prior to booking, and perhaps even consider bringing their own preferred toiletries if they are particularly concerned about such issues. The hotel’s commitment to providing a comfortable and quiet stay seems to be a consistent strength, but these specific points about bathroom design and toilet paper quality offer a counterpoint that some guests might find important.

As for promotional information, while no explicit marketing campaigns or special offers were provided in the initial brief, the strong positive testimonials about the staff, comfortable rooms, and overall peaceful environment act as organic endorsements. The sentiment, "Will absolutely be choosing this hotel again for future trips," from a satisfied customer serves as a powerful testament to the hotel's ability to create repeat visitors. For those actively searching for "Hotels Near Of Me" in Point Pleasant Beach, The White Sands Oceanfront Hotel & Spa's direct oceanfront location and reputation for quality service and comfortable, quiet rooms are significant draws. Potential guests should always check the hotel's official website or reputable booking platforms for the most current promotional deals, packages, or seasonal offers that might enhance the value of their stay. Given its prime location and amenities, it is reasonable to expect that the resort may offer various packages tailored to different types of travelers, such as family vacation packages, romantic getaways, or spa retreat promotions.

In conclusion, The White Sands Oceanfront Hotel & Spa offers a beautiful and peaceful oceanfront environment in Point Pleasant Beach, making it a highly attractive option for those seeking a coastal escape. Its strengths lie in its exceptional staff, comfortable and quiet rooms, direct beach access, and convenient proximity to local attractions. While it may be considered a bit pricey by some, many guests feel the quality justifies the cost. Prospective visitors should, however, be mindful of the differing opinions regarding room size/layout and the isolated, but strong, negative feedback concerning toilet paper quality, and are encouraged to contact the hotel directly at (732) 899-3370 or +1 732-899-3370 for any specific inquiries to ensure their expectations are met.

Place is too small. No sink in the bathroom. Sink is in front of the bathroom that other people that are coming out the bathroom get hit with the door. Rooms are closed in. Worst of all and this a biggie the bathroom paper can cause urine infection for both women and men. It was so bad that we spend half the night showering because that’s how bad the paper did damage. I wouldn’t go back even if they offered it for free. No thanks. Don’t believe check it out for yourself. Good luck when taking medication for your urine infection. Good luck

Perfect New Jersey quaint beach hotel. Tons of amenities, gym, 3 pools, 2 bars, spa, salon, etc. Staff is super friendly and accommodating. Rooms are updated, some more recently than others.

The hotel room is very dated. The bathroom was so small an average size person had to angle themselves in. The tub did not have a stopper. Chipped paint and water marks everywhere. There is a coffee maker and a refrigerator in each room. The location is ideal. The part of this huge hotel we stayed in was across the street from the boardwalk. You could walk everywhere. The price for a room the first weekend in October was very reasonable. But there comes a point in life where the comfort counts above the costs.

Just returned from a week long stay at The White Sands. We’ve been coming annually since 2009, before we were married and now with our family. My parents joined us this year, and there was a mix up with the room that I booked. We were in need of 2 bathrooms (there are rooms with 2 bathrooms as we stayed in one last year (room 248) despite the woman arguing with me that I was wrong) . The staff was able to accommodate us booking another room for us to split up. There was a new young man at the desk, who seemed a bit nervous but he did a great job handling all my questions. The rooms were much cleaner than in years past. They obviously had the carpets cleaned as in past years our feet/socks would be black. I appreciate they added in some basic toiletries to the shower/sink area & the ample amount of towels provided. The beds were a bit hard for me, but no one else in our party complained of it. There are many pillows as well. My only complaint is that the room was sometimes (not always) damp feeling/musty smelling - but I chalked that up to the environment. The public areas were well kept, and the housekeeping staff was kind. The Seabase lounge is advertised to be open until 11, and doesn’t mention anything about kitchen hours. The kitchen apparently closes at 8pm. The food is mediocre, you can get better food as takeout - especially for the cost. Our bill was $140.00 and the waitress said she could not provide an itemized bill only the total. It seemed high, but I didn’t argue about it- just beware. The bartender isn’t that friendly, nor is he attentive to the guests. La Vela- a real gem! We always come Here when we visited and the new staff this time around was wonderful. I wish I got his name but the same Guy was there day in and day out- and was always smiling. The food was wonderful, and so was the service. You can tell these owners are trying so hard to be a memorable experience, have a little patience with them. Location-you can’t beat it. It’s a quick walk to the boardwalk, private beach, 2 outdoor pools, indoor pool and hot tub. They offer towels, beach chairs, and pool toys for kiddos to use in the outdoor pools. Overall, The White Sands holds a special place in our hearts and is a place we will visit for years to come.
