Here's a revised version of your review with improved clarity, tone, and structure: --- I stayed at this hotel after driving 7 hours from Pennsylvania, and while the hotel was generally clean and the breakfast was decent for hotel food, I had an unfortunate experience that left me disappointed. After the long drive, I went out for dinner and returned to the hotel to relax and watch some college basketball. Exhausted from the drive, I eventually went to bed. I was sleeping in the middle of the bed, and during the night, I turned over and noticed an odd smell, something like urine. I was so tired, though, that I just rolled over and went back to sleep. The next morning, when I woke up, I discovered a stain on the side of the bed. I checked under the blanket, under the sheet, and even lifted the mattress protector, only to find a pee stain on the second mattress cover. I went to the front desk to report the issue, and while the receptionist was very kind, she wasn’t able to do much and told me I would have to wait for the manager. When the manager finally arrived, she was quite rude. I explained the situation, and she asked why I hadn’t reported it during the night. I told her I was exhausted and didn’t notice the stain right away. She made it seem as if I had caused the stain, which was frustrating. In the end, the best she could offer was a 50% discount on the room and 3,500 points for a future stay, which I felt was insufficient given the circumstances. I would advise anyone staying in room 503 to check the mattress and mattress protector to ensure the stain has been properly cleaned.

May 12, 2025 · ShawnThe people above us didn’t stop making noise all night. No cardio equipment in the gym, the phone number doesn’t work. 0/10 experience DONT. RECOMMEND.
Apr 13, 2025 · Chrisy and Chloe PatonSTAY AWAY!!! Heinous, bed bug infested and the dirtiest rooms I’ve ever seen. The housekeeping employees and management have absolutely no pride in this establishment. I normally only stay at Marriotts because no matter where I go I can always expect the same level of great cleanliness. This place is not even close to meeting Marriott standards. My son and I flew in from out of state (11 hour flight) and this is the room they said was cleaned and ready. I only noticed because as soon as I walked in it stunk like pee. Then I looked on and beneath the mattress. The sheet has never been replaced or washed. Then they offered me another room which was even worse. They wasted at least an hour of my time. I was inconvenienced and it ruined my night. I have videos of both and have shown it to management. The only person who showed that they cared was the front desk agent Kim. She was empathetic and tried to help. Unfortunately, this is a systemic problem that goes deeper than employees not cleaning. When I showed the video to their General Manager, Susan Welch, she didn’t seemed bothered or acted like she cared at all. This must be the norm for her. I booked this room under Super 32 wrestling block and it’s a total shame that many wrestling parents were coned into getting a room at this hotel. Every customer that has stayed at this place should get their money back. Who knows how many people have gotten sick. To ownership: hire or retrain management on customer service, even a basic course on empathy would help.
Oct 14, 2024 · Mario M.Stayed at this location over night when going to an event in the area with my family. Everything was going well until one family member woke up that morning with bites on her arm thinking maybe it was a mosquito because they itched we didnt mention it as we checked out, by the time we got home (3 hr drive) another family member noticed small itching bite marks on her body.At this time it was Saturday evening. Upon returning to work on Monday we had a healthcare professional look at the bites and it was stated they looked like bed bug bites due to placement and size. We called Monday morning to speak to manager and was questioned as to why we were just calling on Monday. At that time Joyce mentioned she was the manager of this property and another, and that she would check into it..She returned a phone call about an hour later and said we checked the room we didnt see anything and said yea well maybe its an allergic reaction and just blew me off..another call was made by my mother the following day to speak to another manager because we both are suffering from bites of some sort from this hotel and are continuously being dismissed and it is unacceptable. I frequent the Marriott brand and have never dealt with this level of disregard for the customers health and lack of follow up. we are still waiting for a call from Susan in regards to this manner.
Nov 05, 2024 · Kimberly ThomasThe room was not cleaned very well. Crumbs and dead fly on the counter. Toaster was so nasty that I wanted to throw it away myself. There was a king-size bedskirt on a queen size bed. The bathroom was sad... there was hair left on the floor, back of toilet, and in the shower. And then there was a mushroom that was growing out of the wall. Check-out was a disaster, too. I stayed here for work and I worked 12 hour days, so a shower and a bed was all I "had" to have. I won't stay here again. I am sad this place has Marriott's name on it.
