With this being a newer hotel, we didn’t expect the room to be the way it was. We didn’t like how it was all hardwood floor - no carpet, there wasn’t enough towels - only 2 towels and the bed was the worst. The bed frame was metal and moving away from the wall whenever we moved or sat on the bed. And THERE IS NO COMPLIMENTARY BREAKFAST. I MEAN WHAT ERA ARE WE LIVING IN? Will definitely be not coming back to this hotel.

WoodSpring Suites Milwaukee - Menomonee Falls is designed with the extended stay traveler in mind, offering services and amenities that cater to longer visits:
The WoodSpring Suites Milwaukee - Menomonee Falls offers specific features and highlights tailored for longer stays, though some aspects have received varied feedback from guests:
However, it is important to note some areas mentioned in guest reviews: the lack of carpeting in rooms (all hardwood), a perceived shortage of towels upon arrival, issues with bed frames moving, and the absence of a complimentary breakfast. While the lack of daily housekeeping is standard for extended stay properties (bi-weekly cleaning is typical, with options for more frequent service for a fee), it's important for guests to be aware of this model.
WoodSpring Suites, as an extended stay brand, structures its pricing to benefit longer stays, and this is where you'll find their primary "promotions" embedded. They consistently offer weekly and monthly rates that are significantly lower per night compared to standard nightly rates. For instance, booking for a week or a month often results in substantial savings, making it a highly economical choice for extended periods. While specific seasonal "deals" might be less common than at traditional hotels, the core value proposition of WoodSpring Suites is its long-term pricing. They emphasize that the longer you stay, the less you pay per night. You can often find information about these tiered rates directly on the WoodSpring Suites website when you select your desired length of stay. It's always advisable to book directly through their official channels or through reputable extended stay booking platforms to ensure you're accessing the best available long-term rates. While they do not offer complimentary breakfast as a standard amenity, the inclusion of in-room kitchens is designed to allow guests to save money by preparing their own meals, which can be a more significant long-term saving than a daily breakfast buffet.

Apr 01, 2025 · alizar saleemRooms are on the smaller side foe an extended stay but are newer and clean. Room service is only every other week otherwise guests have to wash linen and towels. Location is near freeway entrance. Nearby restaurants etc are off of next exits. Staff is great.
Apr 05, 2025 · Taras KeyThis is a little known secret. A place where you can stay for a week and not break the bank. It's designed for longer stays and the pricing clobbers the nightly type places rates. Location is perfect. Nothing is more than 30 min away and downtown Milwaukee is closer to 20. The room is modern. In this lower rate room you take care of the room yourself don't expect someone to come clean everyday. You have a two-burner stove a microwave and a kitchen area with full size refrigerator. There is also a flat screen TV and a small desk. I had some large families nearby that got quite noisy, but the insulation was so good it was relatively easy to ignore, never caused any issues for sleeping. It wasn't worthy of calling the front desk, in our opinion. You can stay there for almost a week for about the same money as two nights at many of the other hotels, motels. The Wi-Fi is reasonable but when they are heavily booked it can be quite frustrating. We have stayed there twice now. The first time the internet was not usable, and the second time it was great. The Three Star for service was not a knock on the personnel they were all excellent five-star in my opinion, it's the fact that we take care of our own room which is fine but I felt that had to come down on service.
Dec 23, 2024 · A FreemericanThe rooms have no carpet...so the bed slides across the floor when ever you turn over..you can hear everything going on in the room above you..no customer service...don't expect to get any sleep ..it's a loud place to stay...people talking and yelling all day and night. They charge you for new towels and sheets...smh..I'll never stay here again...be ware...the bed is on a futon bed frame...no boxspring just a mattress...uncomfortable mattress for this to be an extended stay..as far as the pictures you see online.they are the same for all the woodsprings...the one in kansas city has the same pictures you see when u book...so that's false advertising
Feb 19, 2025 · Agnes DriveThis is my first time writing a review for a hotel because the experience with this one was so bad. I have yet to leave the hotel but I just can’t take this anymore I need a media to express my feelings and frustration. First off house keeping lady was amazing and very sweet. It’s the juxtaposition of the front desk lady who had a sour attitude alongside the hotel room always smelling like cooked eggs that made me not want to stay here again. To be fair if I was the front desk lady I would have a sour attitude too, knowing that I have to work in a shack like this. There’s a sign that says no loitering but there is always people loitering on each exits of the staircase and entrance. Honestly it’s up to you if you decide to stay because of the nice pictures and other good reviews online but I would not stay here if I knew what I know now. Another thing was that the “clean” white towels that were given was not white. They had dirt patches on it. Allow me to do you a favor by getting up from this hard rock hard mattress to go to the bathroom and take a photo for you to see. Mind you, we have not used this towel and will not be using it due to reasons I do not have to explain.
