Great spot, great views, great food. Some folks like to continue eating here and complaining just to get free stuff! I think they own an eatery very very close by. Anyway, I’ve never had an issue here. Ribeye steak is always good, wings, etc. Have some food, have some drink, if you have too much, get a room upstairs! How convenient!

May 18, 2025 · al turnerHad lunch in the Tap Room of this awesome historic building. Amazing views of old upstate New York. Had a great flavorful, perfectly cooked, burger (and really good French fries). Friendly service.
Jan 16, 2025 · Rob WhittakerHad dinner there on Friday, January 17th. It was the very best meal I have ever had at the ADK Hotel. It was the very best chicken piccata I have ever had anywhere! So impressed! Saw many attractive plates go by, can’t wait to go back!
Jan 21, 2025 · Sharon FaulknerI stopped there to eat today on the way back from a funeral in Tupper. I left early enough to spend an hour eating at my favorite spot in the Adirondacks. When I went through the door, I noticed something was off. Then I stepped into the bar. I was sad. The nostalgia that I longed for is completly gone. The log that was the bartop has been replaced with Silestone quartz. There is some fake rock wall in the lobby and the new tin ceilings look too new and out of place. And the picture of Ray 'Zing-Zing' Ziehn has been removed after 30 years. So, I couldn't stay and eat. I wanted to get out immediately so the image of the new 'New Jersey Day Spa' looking facility I walked into today was filled only with my memories of one of the coolest Hotel's I knew. But it is goine and it isn't ever coming back. So sad the new owners didn't understand thge value of nostalgia. But it all ended up in a dumpster - sad. I'll never set foot in there again. So leaving a 3 star since I had to select something - and I didn't spend a dime there and went to the Long Lake Diner instead, looking just as I remember it for the last 40 years. UPDATE What I hadn't mentioned before, is that I was the summer of 93 and 94 main bartender there under Art and Carol. I love that place so much. Those were two of the best summers of my life. Carol said after a wedding on July 4th, that I was the fastest bartender she ever had (as she cashed out at the end of the night and made a calculation as to how many drinks an hour I was serving up.) So glad to hear that someone who understands the value of the nostalgia there, and that people who come there, expect to find the same things from their memories, year after year. It is why them come. Looking forward to seeing and saying, Hello to Carol and fam.
