I’m quite disappointed. The information I received from the third-party seller before my arrival was misleading. They claimed there would be balconies, but there aren’t any. When I called about the pricing, I was assured it included everything, including resort fees. The exact words were, “If it says all included, then it's included. That means no resort fees; the only thing you pay is a security deposit.” I also contacted the front desk multiple times, and they were very helpful. I asked if there was a pool, and a man confirmed that there was. When I inquired whether it was seasonal, he guaranteed it wasn't. However, upon my arrival, the front desk staff was nice, but the room I was given was very dusty. When I called about this, they offered to switch my room without any issue. The new room is a bit smaller, even though both are labeled as the same "type" of room. My niece came here specifically for the pool, only to find out it wouldn't open until Memorial Day. I told her that the gentlemen I spoke with had confirmed the pool was open and that it wasn’t seasonal. However, the woman at the front desk insisted I must have called the wrong hotel, stating there are no men working there. I explained that this is indeed the hotel I called multiple times, but she remained adamant that I was mistaken. I didn’t want to argue, so I just said it was another frustrating issue added to our experience. Now my niece is disappointed because she came here for her spring break specifically to enjoy the pool. The hotel isn't run down, but some of the furniture could use replacement. Most of the wear seems to come from careless customers, and I’ve seen much worse conditions elsewhere. It's not a bad hotel as long as you get what you expect, but coming here to find things are different is truly disappointing. I was also told that the third parties we purchased from make promises that aren't fulfilled, leaving them to manage frustrated customers.

Atlantic Palace Suites Introduce

For those searching for "Hotels Near Of Me" in Atlantic City, New Jersey, the Atlantic Palace Suites at 1507 Boardwalk, Atlantic City, NJ 08401, USA, presents itself as a notable option, particularly for guests seeking a suite-style accommodation with direct access to the iconic boardwalk. The hotel can be reached via phone at (888) 539-3605 or +1 888-539-3605 for inquiries and reservations.

The strategic location of Atlantic Palace Suites is perhaps its most significant feature, directly aligning with the "Hotels Near Of Me" search criterion. Situated right on the world-famous Atlantic City Boardwalk, guests have immediate access to the beach, various casinos, entertainment venues, and dining options. This beachfront and oceanfront positioning offers many suites with potentially spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean or the vibrant city skyline, a major draw for visitors. The surrounding environment is characterized by the lively energy of Atlantic City's central tourist district, with constant activity from pedestrians, the sounds of the ocean, and the proximity to major attractions like Ripley's Believe It or Not Odditorium, Central Pier Arcade and Speedway, and numerous casinos such as Resorts and Hard Rock.

The Atlantic Palace Suites is a high-rise property, a 31-story building that contributes to the Atlantic City skyline. While the building opened in 1986, it has been part of various ownerships (including FantaSea Resorts and Bluegreen Corporation), suggesting ongoing management and potentially renovations to maintain its appeal. The architectural style would be typical of resort towers from its era, designed to maximize views and accommodate a large number of guests. Inside, the common areas aim to provide a welcoming atmosphere, though some guest feedback suggests that while the hotel is not "run down," some furniture could benefit from replacement, indicating areas of wear and tear, often attributed to heavy guest usage over time. Despite this, the overall impression is that of a functional and generally well-maintained property, especially when compared to "much worse conditions elsewhere," as one review notes.

The services at Atlantic Palace Suites are geared towards providing a comprehensive stay, particularly given its suite-style offerings. Each suite typically includes a kitchenette equipped with essentials such as a refrigerator, microwave, stovetop, coffee maker, toaster, and basic dishware. This feature is highly valued by guests, allowing for self-catering and potentially saving on dining costs, especially for longer stays or families. Accommodations generally include studio, one-bedroom, and sometimes two-bedroom suites, offering flexibility for different group sizes. Reviews confirm rooms often have flat-screen TVs with cable channels, complimentary Wi-Fi access, and private bathrooms with shower/tub combinations and hair dryers. Some units may even feature jetted bathtubs, adding a touch of luxury.

A key service and a frequent point of inquiry for guests is the availability of a pool. Atlantic Palace Suites does feature a pool, specifically a seasonal outdoor pool, and often boasts a hot tub, sauna, and a 24-hour fitness center. This provides recreational and wellness opportunities for guests. However, it is crucial for prospective guests to note, as highlighted by customer reviews, that the outdoor pool is seasonal, typically opening around Memorial Day. Misinformation from third-party sellers or even initial phone inquiries about the pool's operational status has led to disappointment for some guests. Other amenities include an arcade/game room, laundry facilities (coin-operated on various floors), and sometimes a spa offering massages and body treatments. While no specific on-site restaurant is consistently mentioned, the kitchenette in each suite and the plethora of dining options within walking distance mitigate this. The hotel also provides a 24-hour front desk, though some reviews indicate limited hours or specific procedures for check-in via third-party bookings.

Promotional information for Atlantic Palace Suites, especially on platforms categorized as "Hotels Near Of Me," often emphasizes its prime boardwalk location and suite amenities. While specific current promotional offers are dynamic and best verified at the time of booking, the hotel frequently offers competitive rates for its spacious suites. Guests should be diligent in confirming all details, especially concerning pricing (including potential resort fees and security deposits), as customer feedback indicates discrepancies can occur when booking through third-party sellers. It's advisable to clarify inclusions and exclusions, such as resort fees, directly with the hotel via their phone numbers. The availability of studio and one-bedroom suites makes it suitable for various budgets and group sizes. Deals might be found on various online travel agencies (OTAs) or potentially directly from the hotel's website or associated timeshare management entities like Club Boardwalk Resorts. Given its nature as a resort and timeshare property, there might be special offers for longer stays or loyalty programs. However, guests should be aware of potential issues with elevator wait times, as noted in a review, which can be a common challenge in high-rise buildings during peak seasons.

In conclusion, Atlantic Palace Suites at 1507 Boardwalk, Atlantic City, NJ 08401, USA, is a prominent choice for those actively searching for "Hotels Near Of Me" in Atlantic City. Its unbeatable boardwalk location, coupled with the spacious and equipped suite accommodations, recreational amenities like the seasonal outdoor pool, hot tub, and fitness center, offer a robust lodging experience. While potential guests should exercise caution regarding information from third-party bookings and confirm all amenity details and fees directly, the hotel's core offerings provide a valuable and convenient base for exploring all that Atlantic City has to offer.

Great location but the hotel itself was horrible!!!!!! $416 for one night in a studio room. The floor in the room were popping up, the leather couch was peeling off, we only had basic cable and music channels weren't even authorized. The refrigerator didn't even get cold. The room had 1 full size bed. There was only 2 out of 3 working elevators and there was a line & a huge wait every single time we wanted to use it. Save your money and get a better resort for less.

Thank you for an amazing stay! Everything was great! Checking in and out was smooth. The room was really nice, the view was beautiful! We loved the jacuzzi tub! We will be returning.

Super mediocre place. Staff was hostile right off the start. They wouldn’t give us a cart to bring our stuff up - we had to pay a bell hop (who was an asshole). Then the parking guy yelled at me because he didn’t see my parking pass. We got 1 /2 roll of toilet paper, 1 towel, no paper towels for a 1 week stay. Also they charge $50 if you don’t wash all your dishes before you leave??? The gym is GARBAGE. Both treadmills are broken and there’s a 2 ellipticals and the one singular weight machine is also broken. Hotel itself is okay. Elevators are slow. Our room is decent though - pretty good size and relatively modern. Kind of a rough area around the hotel. Nice and close to a lot of casinos though. Irish pub is close and good spot.

The only reason I am giving them 3 stars is because of the views. Housekeeping definitely needs more training. Food particles in the microwave, a dirty towel hanging on the bathroom door, and the sheets were on the bed sideways ! When our heat quit working they did move us to a nicer room on the 25th floor which I don't understand why we didn't get that to begin with. Oh and if you want to do laundry you have to buy powered soap and pay to put it a washer that is only supposed to use liquid soap. Figure that one out 🙄
