Cannot wait to visit again! We love the staff from outside the hotel to the bar, everyone is attentive and friendly. We especially look forward to seeing Babou at the door each time.

And Sophia the server is one of the most delightful people I’ve ever met! Also met Christian, I believe one of the managers and he was very nice to check in and make sure we enjoyed everything. The best experience overall. 5 stars and then some! Can’t wait to go back.

Front desk and also the restaurant staff fell short of expectations. Not exactly the professional and customer oriented attitudes one would hope for per the luxury level of the hotel. Quite cold and un caring. Food was great but expect to pay a hyped up price.

Not to mention the service was super attentive and the ambiance amongst the crystals was drop dead gorgeous. Sipping cocktails and champagne out of Baccarat crystal glasses and eating our savory and dessert treats off of Baccarat crystal dish ware is so special.
