The Peninsula New York

We stayed at this hotel for 5 days and during that time we had no hot water at all. When we wanted to take a shower we had to wait at least 30 minutes for hot water. At first they apologized that there was some construction going on outside on the street, that's why, but in the end it was a problem at the hotel. It definitely ruined my trip to New York, so I don't think I'll ever come back to this city either. If you're planning to go here, don't, the rooms are also really cold.

The Peninsula is truly an unparalleled experience. My boyfriend and I stayed there together, and it was beyond extraordinary. From the moment we arrived, the service was flawless—every staff member made us feel like VIPs. The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and offered stunning views that made our stay feel like a dream. We loved it so much that we recommended it to a close friend, and they had the same incredible experience!

Stay: January 2025 - 3 nights A Midtown Gem with Space, Style, and a Rooftop View Traveling for business, I was pleasantly surprised by this beautiful hotel in Midtown. From the moment I arrived, the check-in process was seamless, and the front desk team was incredibly attentive—exactly what you want after a long day of travel. The rooms? Surprisingly spacious for Midtown! Recently remodeled with bright, welcoming colors, they felt fresh and modern. The tech-friendly touches were a standout—pull-out nightstand drawers with easy-access outlets, plus tech pads that let you control the lights from bed (because who wants to get up once you’re cozy?). And let’s talk about the rooftop bar—an absolute must. The city views are stunning, making it the perfect way to end the day. Whether you're here for work or play, this hotel strikes the right balance between comfort, convenience, and style. Would absolutely stay here again!

We spent our spring break with our two young girls at this location and everything was excellent. Thank you everyone who provided outstanding service! Our room was just wonderful. We plan on coming back soon!

Hands down the best hotel I’ve stayed at in NYC (st Regis included). Location is premier, rooms are pristine, service is next level good. Food is tremendous. Lobby is beautiful especially around Christmas time, and the staff is so welcoming. Will be back!
