I've stayed here at least 10 times in the last 15 years (well minus the time they closed during the pandemic). My family always books this hotel when they come visit me in NY. Always a top notch experience. The rooms are amazing. The bathtub is huge ! The staff always go above and beyond. Kuddos 馃珋馃

Mar 25, 2025 路 Jay T BlondekHotel is overall good, the reason I am giving this rating is because 1st there was only empty cups in the room and nobody had said that we could ask for bottles of water, so I went and ordered $5 water bottles when the guy came by the door he informed me that the hotel offered water 馃槖. Not mentioning the fact that it took more than 1hour to bring my car back and I鈥檓 sure I left my phone charger in the room but when I called they said that the room was clean and they found nothing 馃ぁ. The breakfast in the other hand was absolutely delicious 馃構.

Close to a train station so we could hop on the subway to go anywhere. Close to shopping, close to the park close to the museums. The room was actually nice. My only complaint is the Wi-Fi is not good. Could not really accomplish anything there plus I could not stream my shows. We didn鈥檛 spend a ton of time in the room, but I had some things I really needed to accomplish while I was there.
Feb 25, 2025 路 Rachel WallaceFor being the Omni. I expected more. They didn鈥檛 provide water bottles daily. So find a drugstore to stock up. No spa. The restaurant was great. but Pricey. The location is great for shops and time square , Central Park. But museums and Statue of Liberty are a drive or subway away. Not walkable. Rooms were standard.
Feb 26, 2025 路 Stephanie CarpioI don鈥檛 have a pleasant experience with this hotel. Spent Christmas with my kid. I purchased a breakfast package and they charged $55 per person for mediocre food for breakfast. I even asked the front desk and was told don鈥檛 worry about it since the management made the last minute decision. What is the point of buying breakfast package when you charge $115 per day? Location was good but the housekeeping put their vacuum and dirty cart in front of my room. When you pay that much money, I expect better service and some integrity. I won鈥檛 ever staying this hotel ever again.
