Lotte New York Palace

We've just returned from a wonderful family holiday in New York. Our stay at the Lotte New York Palace was the icing on the cake - we couldn't have found a better place to stay! The staff were so friendly and couldn't have done more to help. Jorge at check-in went above and beyond to make sure we had just the perfect rooms. And the wonderful Ray, George and Eddie who made us feel like royalty - you guys were just the best! Your kindness and warm will never be forgotten. Your stories were amazing to hear and your recommendations for places to visit and to eat were truly appreciated. This beautiful hotel is centrally located for all the best places to visit, most of which are only a short distance away. The subways are only a few blocks in either direction too. And the views from the rooms are incredible! We cannot recommend this hotel highly enough and can't wait to visit again. If there were more stars to give, we would give you them all! My stay at the Lotte New York Palace Hotel was absolutely fantastic! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with top-notch service and an elegant atmosphere. The hotel is located in a prime spot, making it easy to explore some of the best attractions in New York City. The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and offered stunning views of the city. The attention to detail in the decor and comfort of the room made it feel like a true luxury experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to make my stay memorable. The hotel’s amenities, including the spa and dining options, were exceptional. I particularly enjoyed the peaceful ambiance of the hotel, making it a perfect retreat after a day of sightseeing. I would highly recommend Lotte New York Palace to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay in the heart of Manhattan. It’s truly a gem!

The hotel itself is in a wonderful location, walking distance to Times Square and location attractions. - The staff aren't very friendly, they'll pick and choose when to be nice, which can be deflating if you're here for a holiday. - As someone who was visiting the States for the first time I was hounded to tip for a door being opened (The man stood over me and said he was done until I gave him money) despite carrying my own luggage into the hotel and to my room (As someone that usually tips this is extremely off-putting). - The BIGGEST DOWNFALL - I had paid $500 incidental fees on the day arrived (1st March), It is now the 7th of April and I am yet to receive my full deposit back. I have emailed several times and with no response, so this is something to beware of. As someone who does not live in the States, this is highly frustrating.

Team, take a bow! Wow, wow, wow. What an incredible time and experience we have just had staying at this incredible hotel. Firstly, the location is ridiculously good, almost beyond belief. You have so much right on your doorstep and a subway station only moments away. The hotel itself is stunning, and we managed to upgrade to rooms in The Towers on arrival (big thanks to Jorge) which were more recently refurbished and larger, with each having 2 Queen size beds. We are a family of 5, so required 2 rooms. They have a great deal and family discount plan that means the second room is half price which makes the luxury on offer more affordable. The real stand out factor of our trip and experience at the hotel is undoubtedly the team that run it – utterly outstanding in every respect! They greeted us with warmth and sincerity every time we entered or left the hotel. We had many a good conversation with many of the team, especially the awesome chaps on the door who were funny, helpful, full of advice and excellent with our kids, making them feel very special. We had a slight issue in that there was a large conference taking place during part of our stay therefore there could often be a wait for elevators. However, after chatting with the team about this (as we were on holiday) they would fast track us to the front of the line which was hugely appreciated. Again, a big thanks to Jorge at check-in. And the utterly awesome George, Eddie and the one and only (our absolute favourite) legend that is Big Ray for making our visit so memorable and fun. We’ve had an absolute blast and feel spoiled as no other hotel in NYC will ever get close to this. We shall definitely be returning! Thank you for your awesome Team!

Really enjoyed staying here with my family - as a mom of two young daughters, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful especially as my husband was working in the city during our stay. They are very accommodating, warm, and would certainly stay here again. Great activities for kids during the holiday time, and thoroughly enjoyed the courtyard for dessert and beverages at nighttime. Location is 10/10 if you enjoy Fifth Ave, Central Park, and Rockefeller proximity. Rooms were clean, and view over the Cathedral was stunning. Bellman George made our stay memorable. Can't wait to go back!
