The facility itself is first rate: new, modern, well-designed, and easy to navigate. The room and bathroom were nicely sized. The shower was fantastic. The location is excellent. Every person we encountered was friendly and wanting to be helpful. The elevators are fast. The breakfast and evening reception had good food and drinks and provided great service. The window coverings having a sheer curtain and a blackout curtain controlled electronically was terrific. Small negatives were being on the 23rd floor (minimized street noise), the only thing you could see out of the window was other buildings, and getting to the refrigerator was a chore.

However, at this price point, I think housekeeping services should be available daily. (There should also be more than one hook to hang towels.) They told us housekeeping is provided every 5 days, but that it’s also available on request. However, when we asked for housekeeping, we were told that the room would be serviced and it never was. It was frustrating to get back to the room after a long day out, only to find the bed wasn’t made and there were no clean towels to use. When we called reception and explained what happened, they brought fresh towels but didn’t apologize or acknowledge their mistake. It’s a small thing and it’s forgivable, but I expected slightly more from a hotel of this caliber.
Jan 19, 2025 · Seth GarfinkelThe rooms are very small and the flooring in ours was definitely in need of replacing. There’s only one ice machine for the entire building located on the second floor. The desk staff were not very amenable. The doormen were great. We had a one bedroom penthouse that said it sleeps 4. 2 is all I would recommend. The couch bed would sleep two people very close together, but the space is so tight it’s not very feasible. The bathroom was very large with walk in shower, huge tub and separate toilet room. Only downside was a single sink vanity.

Hmmm I thought we were all owners? Nope not the way Hilton Grand Vacations sees it. 3 nights was a whole years points, in NYC…not the Caribbean, not Barbados, but NYC! Yet no owners lounge! I went by almost every night to see emptiness, but don’t fret the food went to the staff at closing! Location was perfect though, easy to get around and close to Time Square. Would I stay there again? No, simple answer with understood motives. The only amazing part of the stay…heated bathroom floors and a bidet!

Elvin the front desk and all other staffs went above and beyond to ensure that we had a great time! Welcoming, professional and friendly. My favorite hotel and would 100% comeback!
