The Gotham Hotel NY

We have just checked out of The Gotham after a fantastic stay. From Mike checking us in to checking out and Tina, Guest relations manager dealing with small matter with us the service and staff have been fantastic. The hotel is lovely, rooms large and showers huge. Always clean and great coffee in the room. Had a lovely letter and bottle of Prosecco as it was a special occasion which was a great personal touch. To top it all off the location is fantastic. Will definitely be back. Thanks to all the staff.

The Gotham Hotel is nicely kept and the front desk staff is always accommodating and extremely nice. The hotel is perfectly located for an event I do each year on Madison Avenue. But there is one individual front desk that truly stands out. Mike at the front is simply outstanding. He took my call a week ago and when the hotel was booked full for the two days I was requesting, he suggested I call back the next day to see if there was any availability. Not only was there availability but I received a better rate. Much to my surprise, when I rolled up late this evening, who is working the front desk but Mike! In the pouring rain, he not only comes out, takes all of my bags, but recommends I park the car at the garage across the street since it was closing in minutes. I come back to the hotel thinking I would have to lug my things up to my room. Not a chance! Mike comes off the elevator and exclaims. “Your bags are in your room waiting for you.” Outstanding service. This guy would be running my hotel if I owned one. Thanks, Mike for going the extra mile…when I especially needed an extra hand!

The Gotham Hotel has become my go-to hotel whenever I'm in the city, and for good reason. One of their standout features is their balconies - surprisingly rare to find in this area, and they really add something special to the stay. The service here is consistently amazing. The staff truly goes above and beyond to make every visit memorable. The restaurant downstairs is another highlight - absolutely great food and atmosphere. If you're looking for a hotel that combines excellent service, unique room features, and fantastic dining, you can't go wrong with the Gotham. It's why I keep coming back.

We stayed at the Gotham Hotel during our holiday in New York, and the location couldn’t have been better for exploring the city. Almost everything was within walking distance, so we never even needed a cab. The hotel itself was spotless, and the staff was incredibly professional and accommodating. Plus, having a restaurant downstairs made grabbing a meal or drink super convenient. I’d highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting NYC!

We spent three wonderful days in this hotel. What makes this hotel the right choice are the wonderful staff, top location and extremely clean and beautiful rooms. The hotel staff is very friendly, always smiling, helpful and makes you feel at home. Another good thing is the location of the hotel because you don't need a car. You can visit most of the attractions by walking. I also want to praise the rooms, which are very clean and nicely decorated. The Gotham will definitely be my choice every time I come to NY!
