Tres noches, ni una sola vez limpiaron la habitación. No había jabón en la ducha. No había vasos para el café, la cafetera rota. No tenía pilas la caja fuerte. No había recambio de papel higiénico. No había mantas ni calefacción central (a cero grados en la calle). Te tocaba poner en marcha una máquina de calor de aire que hacía un ruido como una locomotora y no había quien durmiera. 10 minutos de espera promedio de espera para los ascensores. Las puertas giratorias se atascaban y averiaban con frecuencia, y apenas espacio en el guardarropas. Estrepitoso. Nunca vi nada igual a 250 euros la noche.
Dec 21, 2021 · hrtmnnהמלון הכי גרוע ששהיתי בו EVER. לא מנקים חדרים ולא מחליפים מגבות גם כשמבקשים, קיבלנו חדר ללא מושב אסלה וחיכינו שעות עד שעשו לנו טובה ומצאו מושב מחדר אחר, צוות לא מקצועי חצוף ולא אדיב. ביקשתי ממנהל המלון כתובת מייל להגיש תלונה - לא טרחו לענות למייל ונראה שנתן בכוונה כתובת מפוברקת. המיקום הטוב לא מפצה על שירות גרוע מאוד !!! מומלץ להתרחק !!!
