Great location, small but clean and comfortable room with all the little luxuries. Slippers, magnifying mirror, suitcase stand, TV with disinfected remote, notepad and pencil, vanity set, bathrobe, large shower, complimentary fruit and water upon check-in, and all the other little things that most hotels forgo now. Breakfast was included in the rate and plentiful. Standout is the service though: everything was done with a warm, attentive touch. Would return just for that alone but also had a lovely time otherwise. What a gem of a place. Thank you so much!

Mar 18, 2025 · Jen HI have been staying at the Iroquois for business trips for over five years. I tend to stay for a week at a time four times a year and I’ve never had a bad experience. The location is central to everything. The staff take excellent care of you. The rooms are comfortable and private. The bedding, room and bathroom amenities are wonderful. I notice they are continually striving to make improvements and updates. The breakfast space is a lovely atrium covered dining area off the lobby. The food selection checks all the boxes and the team looking after the guests are very attentive. This is a boutique hotel with lots of old New York charm with 21st Century updates. At this point it feels like a second home. I look forward to my stays at this properly and see many familiar faces indicating the staff enjoy working here as much as I enjoy my stays.
Jan 20, 2025 · Noah WoodThis is just a GREAT place to stay. Staff is helpful, kind and awesome! Rooms are comfortable, shower has great pressure (and heated floor) and it’s in a great location (but a quiet location too). This is better than 5-star at a fraction of the cost. Staying here is like staying with family…that you like. Really comfortable bed (black-out shades), and nicely decorated. This is the place to stay!
Feb 15, 2025 · John FaloneWe had a lovely stay at the Iroquois while touring colleges, will definitely book this hotel again. Staff are extremely friendly and attentive. There was even a complimentary happy hour with wine and charcuterie board each evening at 5. For a NY hotel, rooms were very spacious and not a ton of outside noise seeing that it is close to many attractions. If you want insight on what to do and where to go, keep an eye out for staff member Ben who oversees breakfast service. Ben was an absolute delight! Thank you to the Iroquois for making our stay memorable.
Feb 15, 2025 · S. SercuReally a nice hotel. It's a hotel tucked away. It's quiet and very pretty inside. Wouldn't recommend for families with small children, as it's more for couples, professionals, or small families with teenagers. The lobby area is small but beautifully decorated. Breakfast is top notch along with the best part of the hotel: Ben. He was single handedly THE best thing about the Iroquois. He made our family so happy every morning. We will definitely stay there again. Rooms were clean, staff were professional, always had someone open the doors for us or retrieve a taxi. Felt pretty safe here.
