Nowhere near as luxurious as the other Royalton hotel on Park Avenue and other neighboring hotels in midtown but location was ideal for what my group needed and the front desk team was friendly and attentive! The lobby looks recently renovated but no bar or restaurant and gives a spooky feeling. Then you get into the small elevator that feels rundown and scary. Rooms were a decent size, bathroom had a funky layout and design - water will splash everywhere on the counter. There was oddly no coffee machine in rooms, and overall the rooms could use a lot of updating and love. Fine for a quick night or two stay if you plan on exploring the city most of the time anyway. But if you're looking for something nice and feels cleaner, you might as well spend a few more bucks and stay somewhere else.

Mar 08, 2025 · Hungry HamLike many others have said, location is great but the service and the rooms are ok. Lobby is nice, but there is no bar or restaurant anymore. Rooms are clearly old and need to be renovated. Carpet is old, the aesthetic is cold and does not go together. Although I will say the bed was comfortable and clean.
Feb 15, 2025 · Abigel Del PozoLocation is perfect and staff generally are very nice and helpful. Rooms are tiny, the photos are very good taken in the website. But they are old, heating is horrible, does not work properly. The bathroom looks clean but old, is not much you can do there. They had good insulation downstairs for a bar, however it’s all empty. Many chairs and tables. I don’t know, location is very good but it’s very average and old in the inside.
Jan 05, 2025 · Laura VRThe hotel itself is ghetto, then to make matter worse, the elevator got to the 2nd floor and forcefully dropped while on my way to the 10th floor, I kept ringing the alarm and the front desk claimed they didn’t hear it, fortunately I pressed the lobby and it brought me back there: the lady at the front desk that worked 8.30am on March 15th 2025 showed no empathy at all, she was very very rude and battling words with someone that just came out of such shock. I will never come back and I don’t recommend for safety issues. The hotel is not kids friendly as you can literally perceive the smoke coming in from other rooms.
