My stay was not lovely. Had issues with no ice bucket. Had issues with key card not working and had to each time walk thru hotel and to lobby and back to my room. Which was lacking lighting and bathroom shower was a tad dingy. Comfortable beds to sleep on. Price I booked on a travel site was good for what I needed the hotel for. It also did include Breakfast. Tho it lacked in some ways . No meats with scrambled eggs. no cold cereal selection. However a waffle maker that is yummy. Apple juice was watered down . Coffee a tad weak. Over all not bad for money. If

I would say this is a 'you get what you pay for' hotel. My minimum standard for hotels is no bugs. It didn't have any bugs. Additionally the beds were very comfortable which was a huge plus. On the other side - the room was a little dirty, visible dirt on floors, found someone else's hair on the bed when we checked in. That didn't really bother me. I did find mold on the ceiling above the shower which I didn't like and did mention something to the front desk. They said they had someone coming to spray for mold around 11 so we went out and did stuff. When we came back it looked like someone had painted over the mold. I didn't care enough to go say something again. Overall, I don't think I'd stay here again, but I don't regret staying here either.

while i would love to leave a nice review, i cant. facing homelessness with a 9 month old and partner is already extremely tiring- this hotel was nice at first then eventually its true colors started to show. everything seemed nice and put together. our family was actually living there (three of us) for a few weeks. first week there me and my boyfriend went to the car to smoke and had facetime set up so we could watch the baby from the car. maybe an hour prior i asked housekeeping for a towel or toilet paper or something of the sort. she told me to call the front desk and then theyd give us some. so i figured id wait to call so we could go and smoke. well im sitting in the car smoking and all of a sudden our door is getting knocked on. mind you our room was second floor in the middle of the hall. it. goes from them knocking to banging and yelling at our door while our baby is inside sleeping. so my boyfriend started running upstairs and by the time he got to our room two housekeeping staff were in our room. again while our baby was sleeping in there. (we did look for a do not disturb sign but ofc they didnt have them in every room and we had to ask for one of those too). i will say there was no bugs or roaches or anything that id seen. there was a second occasion my door was opened while i was in the room and i didnt notice until i turned to look at my door and it was swinging shut like someone swung it open and looked in then let it close. there was an extreme lack of consideration. having a baby in there after my door being opened definitely made me feel a type of way. exposed i guess. they also dont like giving spoons out and will lie to you and tell you they dont have them despite them having them every morning at breakfast. we gave them over 1500 dollars in less than 1 month of staying there. week two or three the manager told us he would give us a flat rate and we could stay weekly in our suite room we booked and were staying in which was super convenient because we were spending every paycheck just to stay there 1 week at a time. (our baby needed the space to move around. someone got us a walker so i could keep her off the floor). breakfast we also paid for every morning and didnt attend every morning because all they had to offer was waffles scrambled eggs the same two cereals everyday with yogurt and toast. the waffles are gummy anyway. our suite room had a floor leak. when it rained and you walked by the window water would seep up from under the floor boards and get out feet/socks wet. i swept and cleaned our room daily but it was still gross with the water. we went to rebook this morning after he told us we could stay in the room and he told us we had to leave because our room was already booked for the night. and then he told us the entire hotel was rented out for two nights and we couldnt book. the pool wasnt open and our experience was pretty shit so i asked for reimbursement or some type of money back for lying to us. we had to let food go to waste and lost money expecting to stay there and just rebook since he said we could. he got on our case about lighting incense but the hallways smells like cigarettes and weed smoke. having a baby that’s not something you want in your room. im also pregnant so the whole experience just wasnt something i would recommend. he made the whole rest of our week extremely hard considering he wasnt willing to give us any money back.

Not a bad 2 night stay. I checked in . It took about 1 minute. Very efficient. I got to my room. It was dark. I turned on the light and it was still dark. Pretty much need to turn on all the room lights if you wanted to read. The heater worked well and was quiet for that type of unit. The room was clean, but in need of a remodel (you can see the age on the walls and ceiling. TV worked well for an older model. Bathroom was clean. Towels were clean and soft. There was a bulb missing from one of the mirror light sockets. There were also some cracks in the tub, nothing major. The toilet paper holder has rust on it but it is surface rust and it was stil in good shape. Overall I would stay here again. I didn't experience much of the bad reviews. I smell weed smokers everywhere now that it is legal inNJ, but didn't here. Signs are posted everywhere No Smoking.

I had an emergency with moving. I had to book a hotel online with a 3rd party (Priceline) company for a few days stay, for my family. Went online , they had ok reviews and 3.0 stars. Some things were not to my liking.. Now I’ve been there before, years ago and it was great. I feel over the years people have frequently used and abused this hotel and now it’s in need of some TLC and renovations, just from normal hotel wear and tear. I have to say the staff was Awesome! They made a tough situation much more accommodating for us. From the cleaning staff, front desk and janitor they were All truly kind, polite and accommodating. Every staff we spoke with or talk to was very polite. It’s so many folks going through hard times, in-need of housing, or facing difficulties.. I saw many families there with kids, even getting off a school bus. I’m for any place that is trying to help people especially during the most coldest “Code Blue” nights we have had in NJ in a very long time. Yes, I do believe the Company is going to need to put in some money and work to give the hotel a new face lift to some of the more serious issues, from dealing with heavy volumes of customers throughout the years.. I’m sure if it is done, it will continue to be one of the more Decent Affordable Hotels for those in need of a space to go in this area. Thank you for the stay. God Bless!🙏🏽
