I stayed in the pet friendly king suite. The room was pretty clean but the lock didn’t work on the door and there was hair in the shower. The bed and sofa were comfortable. The room was set up nicely, feels like home with everything you need. The pool, gym, and bar were open and accessible when I arrived. The environment and lobby was clean, no loudness, or crowds. Brendan at the front desk was very friendly and welcoming. I also enjoy the breakfast, most of your basic breakfast needs can be met. Overall I enjoyed my short stay and would recommend.

A key highlight is the complimentary Bright Side Breakfast®, which typically includes hot items such as waffles, eggs, and sausage, along with fresh fruit, yogurt, cereal, and coffee. This highlights the practical and comfortable setup of the rooms, aiming for a homely feel. While cleanliness was generally praised ("The room was pretty clean... The environment and lobby was clean, no loudness, or crowds"), a minor issue was noted with "hair in the shower," suggesting that while overall standards are good, minor oversights can occur. Another crucial point raised was a "lock didn’t work on the door," which is a significant security concern that would need immediate attention. The general cleanliness of the room and public areas was also positively remarked upon. Another review also confirmed "Comfy and clean room and inviting staff."
A recurring concern across hotels, and specifically mentioned in a review for this property, relates to housekeeping and late checkouts: "If you get a late checkout, be sure to remind them you do not want to be disturbed by housekeeping repeatedly knocking to see if you've left. Especially if you have the Do Not Disturb sign on the door. They should check with the desk to see if guests have left. Or maybe check before starting to see who's sleeping in." This highlights an area where hotel policy or staff coordination could be improved to enhance guest privacy and comfort, especially for those extending their stay.

The hotel frequently offers promotions and discounts through the Wyndham website and other online travel agencies, including special rates for AARP members, government/military personnel, and longer stays. The reasonable cost, as noted by a reviewer ("Cost was a little higher but reasonable"), combined with the amenities offered, often makes it a competitive choice in the area.
The hotel's strengths lie in its accommodating staff ("Brendan at the front desk was very friendly and welcoming," "inviting staff"), comfortable rooms, and the convenience of its pet-friendly policy. While minor issues like a non-functioning lock or occasional housekeeping disturbances may occur, the overall sentiment from guests is positive, with many indicating a willingness to return. This suggests that the hotel generally succeeds in providing a pleasant and practical stay for its target audience. May 14, 2025 · Melissa LopezI'm so glad some things don't change. Really enjoy staying here. Comfy and clean room and inviting staff. Cost was a little higher but reasonable. Not to worry, lots of parking and light outside for night travelers. Have to say I'm pleased to see they added breakfast staff to ensure quality and plentiful offerings; and the space stayed clean. The only problem was something that appears to be trending across hotels. If you get a late checkout, be sure to remind them you do not want to be disturbed by housekeeping repeatedly knocking to see if you've left. Especially if you have the Do Not Disturb sign on the door. They should check with the desk to see if guests have left. Or maybe check before starting to see who's sleeping in. Just a thought.
May 19, 2025 · Xllyhema MOur room was clean. The pool was clean and the water was warm, but the hotel's security and the people at the reception were not able to keep pool environment safe. Despite our many complaints for potential injuries at the pool area we were told we can file a complaint with the general manager and that was their solution. We understand that hotel's amenities, including the pool are shared, but we had the expectations that guest would be respectful and that the staff would have the authority to keep the place safe. There were many children jumping into the pool, screaming, kicking and pushing us under and above the water, and while they were playing ball catch inside the pool. This children's parents were supporting their behavior. We had to leave the pool since we did not feel safe in such an environment and since we realized that the staff will not do much to keep every guest safe.
Mar 23, 2025 · SBI had to come here for the night when the sewer backed up and flooded my apartment. Easy check in service. The clerk was kind enough to listen to me complain about what brought me in. Very professional competent staff. My room was very clean and all amenities worked as they should. Good area with safe parking. Check out was easy using the app. Overall good pleasant experience.
Mar 13, 2025 · Ed FoxI've stayed here 6 times since this hotel opened. Very nice and great location. Glad they have kept up with cleanliness despite having lots of families and kids stay here due to Fun plex next door. Taking 1 star away because since they have opened the breakfast bar it has never been stellar. It's either some items are undercooked and today over cooked sausage pucks. And they still haven't bought the right trash cans for the food are and still use these small cans that should be placed closer to elevators or in hallways. Need cans that actually fit disposable plates and hold large volume on busy hours.
