This was the first hotel in NY that we really enjoyed! Everything was nice & clean. Service was amazing. We will definitely be staying here from now on! Thank you guys for being the absolute best to us! We stayed here for my daughters birthday trip & it was phenomenal. We had the best view of the Empire State in room 305. The wine was amazing as well. We will see y’all soon again!

Mar 14, 2025 · Alyssa AlmagerI didn’t have high expectations, given that it’s a hotel in Manhattan, but I was pleasantly surprised. The front desk staff was friendly, and the room was quiet. There were plenty of great restaurants within walking distance. I also really appreciated the thoughtful selection of snacks, coffee, and generous bottles of water—perfect after a long day of work. I’ll definitely stay here again on my next trip.

The parking garage was about 1-2 blocks away (and a bit tricky to pull in to), but it was valet-assist meaning guys were working there to take the car off our hands and park it for us. We would def stay here again. We also had our kids with us and it was a great place for them, too.
Mar 21, 2025 · Joey TackWe were 3 adults and stayed in the double king room. This is a very large room with a great view of the Empire State Building. The beds were very comfortable and it was quiet when we were there (but we left each morning by 8am at the latest). The location in the flatiron district was perfect for exploring Manhattan. There are a ton of restaurants within a 15 min walk (Eataly is an 5 min walk) and we always felt safe in this area. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others as a great place to stay and explore NYC from.
Jan 21, 2025 · Heather KoczurThe hotel is in a great location. It's super walkable and not far from Union Square. The hotel is going through a loud renovation. There is one elevator to the upper floors and expect to wait on that. Once you get in. You may be squished in with contractors, equipment, house keeping and laundry baskets. I'm writing this review because I'm here on vacation and the house keeping staff is super loud. They're talking loudly, laughing and playing music which can all be heard in my room...at 8:30 AM. This morning I left my room and asked them to keep it down. They did not respond. Yesterday afternoon they were doing the same thing. I'm a frequent traveler and am looking for as much as peace as possible in my hotel room. Their lack of respect for the people paying to stay at the hotel is less than favorable. This is not the place for if you are looking for some peace and quiet after a busy day in the city. Between the construction, slamming doors, loud communication amongst staff, it's been disappointing despite the nice location.
