Good location. Amazing, friendly, super helpful staff. My daughter left her favourite stuffie behind and the staff was so helpful in finding it and ensuring its safe arrival home. The rooms are tight, but we were only there to sleep. Comfy beds. Fairly clean, although the rooms would benefit from a refresh.

Dec 25, 2024 · Kristin SpinaThe room smelled like a public bathroom 🤢🤮 because someone in the hotel left the bathroom door open when I first came to my room. The door of the bathroom was not even closing properly, and I had to pull the door very hard to fully close the door...The staff in the front desk reach out to me to remove the review by resolving a problem. However, there is so much that can be done in this dilapidated facility besides a renovation. I would recommend others to stay out of this hotel.

My husband and I went out for an evening and we put the DND sign on our locked door. However, when we returned our door was left wide opened. The front desk had no explanation and even tried to accuse us of leaving the door opened. The women there were friendly and helpful but the men were rude.

The actual hotel looks like it has not been cared for in 50+ years, the sheets are dirty and are not changed when you get your room cleaned. The rooms are uncarpeted, and don't have heat??? It should be criminal to charge hundreds of dollars a night for what feels like a stay in your grandmothers guest room. The only reason I stayed here is because they claimed to have a gym. LOOK AT THIS GYM>>>!!>>!>!>
