The staff were all fantastic throughout our stay. Arrived early and were able to check in which was a pleasant surprise. Used valet parking and although the price was high I feel it was worth the convenience. The room and lobby was clean and welcoming. I was in town for a medical procedure and in a wheelchair. The front door was broken but they accommodated me by opening it manually so we could use it. Although it is accessible the hotel spaces are small and a little difficult to maneuver. The only complaint I have is the hallway outside our room had bags of laundry piled on the floor by the elevator and made it very hard to pass with a wheelchair. Also being the hallways are so cramped it's also a simple hazard. All in all a trip that wasn't for pleasure was made better with all the friendly and helpful staff. We will are already booked again for February.

Jan 02, 2025 · Heather HenschI had a one night stay here. The service was great, I really am grateful for the earlier check in. The room is small but it is NYC. Walls are thin so can be a bit noisy, the bed was comfortable and had an OK shower. They offer breakfast but I did not try as had to leave before breakfast for an early flight. Would stay again!
Feb 28, 2025 · Edward WrightI would avoid booking this hotel at all costs. My partner was BURNT from an electrical outlet just by plugging in their iron provided in the room within 10 minutes of checking in (picture of his hand attached). We went downstairs immediately and let the front desk know. The person at front desk was kind and got him ice along with some ointment and bandages. We were moved to another room, but there was no manager on site to talk to. We gave them our information for an incident report and the front desk attendant said the assisstant manager would be in the next morning. When we went to the lobby the next day, we didn't see them, so we decided we would look for them later. Throughout our visit, we never saw a manager until we were checking out. We were promised a full refund but since I booked with a third party, they couldn't refund me and I had to reach out to the third party to ask for a refund. I got in contact with the third party and they were more than happy to reimburse me but they needed proof of the incident from the hotel. I was given the managers information so I reached out to her. I emailed and called numerous times with no response and my case was closed from the third party due to not providing the necessary proof. I have been patient and understanding during this whole dilemma but to be ignored is completely unprofessional and insulting. On top of my partner being injured by this hotel. His cousin sent a surprise package for his birthday. When we went to the front desk the first time to pick it up, the person at the desk said she didn't want to waste her time looking through packages and that we needed to provide a a shipping number before she even looked. The second time we came to claim the package, they said they didn't have it although we had the shipping confirmation. Since this is how Hilton hotels treat their guests, then I will no longer be booking with them here on out. If you're contemplating picking this hotel, I encourage you to book the place across the street instead.
Mar 24, 2025 · Kayla CoufalHad a nice stay here. Breakfast has lots of great options, including hot eggs/potatoes/meat. Location is close to several subway stations. Room is small but has everything you need. Bed was lumpy and hard but not awful.
Feb 01, 2025 · Jen ThiessenContinue to be impressed with Hilton's Hampton Inn suites. The overall experience offered within these Hilton brand establishments is consistently on point. Additionally, there is a self-service kiosk offering quite a few essentials that have been a life-saver, especially with my own the go, sometimes forgetfulness. It is almost as if they know what was forgotten before it happened, but this just goes to show their efforts in R&D as well as attentiveness to customer needs and a general concern for overall experience and satisfaction consistent with an iconic, brand withstanding the test of time. No post-covid drop off. In fact, quite the contrary. Thank you :)
