I have never been in a casino where so many members of staff seem genuinely happy to be there. I played a lot of poker and the dealers and floor staff were very friendly. I think one was called Alisha who was a breathe of fresh air to be around, super positive person. Even around the venue members of staff are dancing and two stepping to the music. What a joy to be around. We had booked Harrah’s and paid for upgrade to Caesars on arrival, excellent room, really modern and comfortable. French Quarter and outlets are within walking distance so my girlfriend was extremely pleased. Would definitely recommend staying in the hotel and playing cards here.

I usually don’t write reviews but I have never seen something like this and I have been in Monaco, Cyprus, et. There is a minimum $25 bet In the poker table and they ask you if you want to bet inside or outside. What??? I want to bet wherever I want. And you can only stuck with one side, we chose inside and in 2 games we already lost $50. I only had two chips left and they had to ask manager if I can play two chips. He said yes both of them somewhere outside. What?????? And they were upset. Never ever ever coming back again and I’ll tell everyone to not to step inside. Worst casino experience I had.

Went by the new Ceasers, just Harrahs with a different name. Still not enough employees per customers. Poker room was empty. And as usual if you want a chip rack, just look on the floor, or underneath the tables. The poker room needs a cage for the chip conversions, buying in or cashing out. And what is this thing about showing your id to enter. No other casino does this.

Takes longer to get in this place than it does to go through TSA. 2 people standing there only one person actually using the machine to check IDs, with a line of people. Most inefficient entry process, takes way too long - I’ve had to leave so many times because the line is so ridiculous and doesn’t move. Please Invest in quicker machines, more machines, technology used at other casinos , or employees anything!

Wow, what a shitty casino. Tons of empty floor space, horrible slot machines and no staff to be found away from the entrances. I thought this was supposed to be nice, post-renovation. Instead it's the same thing as Harrah's, just more spread out with more empty space. Absolutely lowest-rent casino I've ever been in. Will never be back.
