If you’re a parent or alumni visiting this hotel is definitely worth it. I got to stay here as a part of an event, so fortunately cost was not an issue for me. It is very close to Clemson University and its downtown area. Walkable if you’re someone who doesn’t mind a 20-30 minute walk! Personally I thought it was very manageable. Rooms were very clean and towels and bedding were refreshed daily without issues. Of course this is a higher establishment so that was minimum expectation. Golf course is right on property, and the views outside are gorgeous with the water right there. Many cute places to lounge outside, and a fee pathways to walk on. Very nice pool, unfortunately it was too cold during my stay to use it.

Absolutely amazing stay!! Of course great Tiger decor everywhere you look! Easy fast check in. Everything was so clean and staff was extremely nice! Room were clean and tidy. No stains, no hair on the bed. No mold in the shower area. Plenty of plugs for all your electronics! The grounds are incredible. Didn't have enough time for the pool as it was a little chilly also. Can't wait to come back to the pool when it's warmer. Even the food and coffee area had good prices and they make the food fresh so it's nice and fresh.

Not operated like an actual hotel — power drills and construction noises at 8am on a Saturday morning. Stale rooms and inexperienced staff. Not a good stay. Avoid if possible.

Absolutely perfect. Professional, kind staff - Nick at the front desk is very professional and efficient, as is the entire staff. Housekeeping was impeccable, and staff members were kind when I was running a few minutes behind to check out at 11 am. When I arrived, I didn't feel like I had to clean the room before I relaxed in it, and was happy to leave the housekeeper a nice $$ tip. First floor lobby is beautiful, and great for socializing or working. The second floor small lobby was slightly musty, but everything was so clean that I didn't mind. The first floor is pet friendly and they had some nice little dogs traipsing around (well behaved). This is probably Clemson University's best kept secret, and I'll be back!
