I needed a place to just rest during a long drive and I did not want to spend a lot on a room. Traveling solo as a female, I felt safe at this spot. The night clerk was a lovely woman and quite helpful. The clerk on duty the next morning, well, him....not so much. The room itself was OK however I could hear noise from the adjoining room. That said, I would stay here again if I needed a fairly comfortable room in a safe setting to crash in during a long journey.

The place is nice but there are things that could be improved on. The beds are firm so if you're like me you need a soft mattress to really get a good sleep. I asked for a foam mattress topper and all they had was like a comforter to put on the bed. Unfortunately my fiance has tossed and turned a lot during the night so I ended up sleeping in the sofa chair. The room was clean and warm. That is a big plus in my book since I am cold most of the time. We had a couple who we traveled with so we had joining rooms. The lock was missing on our side and we couldn't get the door to open. We had a staff member come and open the door but I accidentally closed it shortly after it was opened and it had locked again. The couple we traveled with said that the bar to lock their room was not even attached properly and had to get it screwed in but the screws were warped and would not hold. I liked the breakfast but the dinner area was too small for as busy as the hotel was. There were a lot of family groups there. It is very close to store and restaurants! The staff were very friendly!

What a strange hotel! We booked 2 rooms for 2 nights. The good: The beds were clean and comfortable. There are fresh coffees and hot water in the main area for guests. Breakfast room is nice and well maintain. The bad: 1. The carpet in our rooms were sticky. It was uncomfortable to walk barefooted in the rooms. 2. We were charged $500 security hold for one room AND an additional & $100 for the other. We have never experienced such exorbitant hold for this type of hotels before. 3. On top of that we were also charged $4.56 for the safe in each room. The hotel never informed us that there would be an automatic charge for the safes to begin with. We had to tell them to take the charges off since we wouldn’t be using the safes anyway. They are small, dingy safes that sit precariously on a box that anyone can come in remove it easily. 4. The hotel has many services and amenities. However, the staff are unfriendly. We have never seen anyone smile or make an effort to greet guests. When we went to the front desk to check out in the morning, there was no one at the front desk for at least 10 minutes. Other staff walked by, but no one bother to check if the guests need any assistance. When someone finally came, he asked us “What else do you need?” LOL. We haven’t seen him before, and we hadn’t asked for anything from any staff at the hotel. We just wanted to check out and make sure that all is okay. The security hold is still showing on our credit cards. So we will be watching that carefully. It should not take but a couple of days to clear that, I hope. Given our experience here, we would not be likely to return to this hotel.

We booked a reservation on line for 2 rooms. A confirmation was received. When we got there (Saturday April 5th) the night of our check-in we were told by the man at the front desk ( older balding with glasses) the manager Jeremy canceled our reservation. Because he was able to get more $$ for the rooms then what we had paid because we did it on line and got it at a discount. This was what we were told from an employee of yours. Then he proceeded to tell us they were booked and we did not have a room AT ALL......We travel a lot and have never had this happen before. I will NEVER use a hotel of yours. The customer service was the worst I've ever experienced. I will take ever chance to let anyone I know, of our experience. The booking was in my neices name Jasmine. In the booking it said we'd be paying in cash at the hotel upon check in. Nothing about this was enjoyable. Your customer service was horrible. IM SORRY BUT I DO NOT HAVE ANYTHING POSITIVE TO SAY ABOUT THIS LOCATION OR THE WAY THEY DO BUSINESS. We will not use the company in the future and recommend you don't either. Because of the way we were treated. If they do it for us and we had two rooms reserved and they will do it to anybody else

This was a nice little hotel. The location was perfect and the staff were very pleasant. I gave them a three as my bedding must have been sprayed with an air freshener as no hotel would use such heavily scented laundry detergent. The scent give me a terrible headache and kept me up all night. I had to cover the pillows with a towel from the bathroom and I used another towel as a blanket. I must say I was not very happy.
