My experience at this hotel was far below expectations. From the moment I arrived to the time I departed; my visit was disappointing. The room itself was a major letdown. It wasn’t properly cleaned—there were visible stains on the bedding and dust on surfaces. Basic amenities were missing, such as wash rags and towels, for each guest. I had two rooms with two adults and children in each room with a total of 2 wash cloths and two towels. I stayed at this location, Saturday - Monday and received 1 roll of toilet tissues. The hotel didn't provide housekeeping for my room or any of the other rooms booked in my party. To top it off they double charged me for my stay. Now I have to spend who knows how much time fighting to get my money back. Very disappointing.

My son was the only one hat laid in bed before we left to grab a bite. His skin immediately broke out in hives. Came back and went to the first desk and if we can have some clean sheets and the guy at the desk only gave us 2 and said he doesn't have access to the laundry room because I also ask for new blankets. Went to the room and realize that could work so I went back down stairs and ask again, he then said I have to wait for maintenance to arrive. I told him that could not work because my children are ready for bed that was like almost 1 in the morning, so he change the room. We slept good. But was pissed me if was the next morning he left a report stating that he changed our room because I found hair in the sheets. I have a full report and my contact and have yet to hear from the manager. I also called and the lady was like I'm going to call the manager personally and have her give you a call.

Country Inn definitely found a gem with having someone of her caliber be the face of this location. She gave a very descriptive and informative run down of the room/ accommodations and amenities. Whitney also gave great recommendations of places to go grab a bite to eat and social spots to check out. Thank you again Whitney for your care and attention. Would love to return.
Apr 16, 2025 · JaviThe rooms are in terrible condition and require a complete remodel. The entire building needs attention, as there is water damage in some hallways. Additionally, the cleanliness of the rooms needs to improve, and overall quality requires significant help. The only positive aspect of this visit was the friendly and outgoing front desk staff.
Apr 10, 2025 · BennyThe house keeper stole a stack of my gold rings during my visit on the 23rd April. Receptionists were extremely unhelpful. I was about to miss my flight therefore didn’t escalate it further, however without a doubt all 5 rings were stolen by the housekeeper. She had just finished her shift so another house keeper called her (the housekeeper that called her was absolutely lovely) and of course she did not admit to stealing them. The housekeeper that called kept apologising on her behalf - it was so extremely obvious. I was frantic as it was my grandmother’s ring and the white male receptionist could not have cared less.
