I booked this hotel for a conference for May 15 to May 18, 2025. Upon my arrival. It was told to me that they had a water main break and it was no water in the hotel. They gave me a choice to accommodate me to another hotel I didn’t take the other hotel because the conference is in this hotel. The bathroom is dull. The carpet is shabby. The hallway is nasty but the washing dryer it looked like it hasn’t been swept and clean in years. The ice machine is out of order. What type of kind of hotel is this and then they charge me 500 and something dollars I’ll book the room for $431. They charge me an extra $50 I guess for insurance then they wants to give you a bunch of waters. They telling us is none is out of their control, but you should take something off for all these people that’s in this hotel here it is 744 and there’s no water I can’t even flush the toilet. I can’t brush my teeth. I can’t take a shower. This hotel is the worst that I ever been in and I stayed in some nice hotels but this hotel is the worst hotel I ever been in the carpet in here is horrible. The bathroom is so dull and this is what I get for 500 and something dollars make that make sense to me I come all away from Brooklyn New York for a conference. I could’ve went to another hotel that was 10 minutes away, but the conference is here. I don’t have a car. I don’t know about Atlanta. I’m from Brooklyn New York Instead of I’m taking some of the money off. They refused. I’m gonna make a formal complaint with the higher up because I’m looking to recoup some money back.

May 15, 2025 · monique norrisDisappointing Experience – Poor Customer Service and Outdated Facilities My friend and I stayed at this hotel for a business conference, and unfortunately, our experience was far from pleasant. Upon arrival, the male front desk staff was rude and disrespectful. He assisted us while sitting down, made no eye contact, and seemed uninterested in helping us feel welcome. When I asked for a plate and spoon, he curtly responded, “You’ll find it in the restaurant.” We walked all the way to the end of the hallway searching for it, only to be told by another staff member that there is no restaurant—just a bar. This was very confusing and frustrating. We also asked about the ice machine and were told in a very blunt manner, “Ice machine, end of the hallway,” with no mention that every floor had one located at the end. Clear communication was seriously lacking. Customer service throughout our stay was poor. The room had a moldy smell, lacked proper lighting, and the bathroom was very outdated. The room definitely needs renovation, and it looked nothing like the pictures shown online. To add to the disappointment, unlike other hotels in the area that offered free breakfast and parking, this hotel charged for all basic services. It really felt like they nickel-and-dimed guests for everything. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel—especially if you're expecting good service, honesty in advertising, and value for your money.

Once we got off the elevator there was a strong mold and mildew smell in the hallway leading to our room . When we got to our room there was a large water bug on the door, that would explain that there may have been some type of water leak or damage. and as Im writing this review at 1 am my sister spotted another large water bug at the door in the room coming towards her so she killed it! Yuck! I had a two night stay with one other family member. Although the beds were comfortable, housekeeping wasn't quite up to par. When we returned to our room, we found that the beds were made, but there were no fresh face cloths, soaps, or cups, and one used face cloth was still hanging from the night before. The bathroom items are standard items that should not be forgotten! What is slightly disturbing to me is that Atlanta Hartsfield is the busiest airport in the country and yet this hotel does not offrer 24-hour shuttle service. The $25 per night parking fee in my opinion is not acceptable! I will not stay at this hotel again because the standard accommodations are not being met. And it smells as if mold is just festering, not to mention a nasty Roach!!!
May 11, 2025 · patricia carterI was disappointed. My room rug entering the bathroom was raggedy and torn, the ceiling over the bathroom tub was peeling off and worst of the water never got. And then they over charge you for that mess. I told the clerk, when I made the reservation it was $200. And she tried to charge me $440. Then charge $340., holding $100 for assessment fee of the room, and then they still took $50. Claiming for parking your car there. I never was told it was for parking your car there. These hotels lie for no reason, OH yea, for more money. I want more than half of my money back, I didn't use towels, and the water ran out on the floor. I barely layed in bed.

Upon arrival my room was not confirmed in the system even tho I called 4 times in advance to confirm the booking. Going up the elevator, it reaked of marijuana even tho it's supposed to be a non smoking facility and it was steely dirty. The room provided to me smelled musty and old. On top of that the water from the sink was coming out brown !!! As tired as I was from our delayed flight at 3am in the morning I decided to sleep instead. At 8 am I was rudely awaken by loud construction work , for which u was never notified of prior to booking the hotel room or neither at the front desk. After calling multiple times and having no response I decided to go to the front desk to complain about the loud noises. To which I was then provided another room but with less amenities to my original rental option, but sense me and my disabled mother were so exhausted from our flight we decided to switch rooms in order to get some sleep. Overall untill my last day I did not enjoy my stay and I will definitely not be coming back nor recommending this hotel in the Future.
