I came in for business, and I was blown away at the whole staffs attitudes and fantastic personalities. We reserved the Holly room for an autograph signing, and it was wonderful. Miko, Terrance, and India were all polite, respectful, and hard-working individuals. I came from Milwaukee, and I was thoroughly impressed. I noticed others commenting about a musty smell by the elevators. I smelled it for maybe 10 min total, and it went away. It's not a deal breaker for me. A swimming pool is literally 5 ft from the elevator, so it could be from that. The room was in nice shape and, most importantly, CLEAN. We will absolutely be back, as your employees made this a fantastic trip and autograph signing. They went well above and beyond for our banquet room. Terrance brought more tables, water, glasses, menus, etc and within 5-10 minutes, if that, after we asked. I had a wonderful conversation with India when she had a moment between guests checking in. First class people, Hilton. Great job hiring at least these 3 I had the pleasure of meeting. FYI, the dinner server was so sweet and likable as well. I just don't remember her name but she deserves her roses as well.

She went above and beyond. India was nice. The outside pool was closed, but inside pool and got tub were open. They have a small indoor gym and a Peleton room for spin. Room was clean, towels were fresh and hot water never ran out.
Apr 26, 2025 · Joshua RollinsOverall, the hotel was ok. We stayed a total of 3 nights. We encountered many issues during our stay. On the last day of our stay the water in the entire hotel was off from 1:00 pm to 9:00 pm! The hotel stated it wasn't their fault and that apparently it was the City of East Point who was at fault for the shut off. I understand that issues arise, however the hotel did nothing to compensate the guests or make them comfortable. We had to go purchase our own water, not to mention how unsanitary this was. We couldn't flush toilets, wash hands, take showers, etc. We had no warning of this. The indoor pool and Jacuzzi were filthy and had a green substance in it. I overheard other guests complain about this same problem. The receptionist at the front stated she believes the issue and will have it drained. This issue has not been taken care of since February as this same complaint was posted on a previous review. The breakfast buffet was closed for one day due to it just not being available. The second day of our stay breakfast wasn't available at all because the employees were late. During our entire stay we had to go get our own towels/washcloths as our room wasn't serviced in the three days we were there. The highlight of the hotel was the location. We were right next to the airport and surrounded by lots of restaurants.
May 18, 2025 · Nicole McCoyThis place misses the mark on every measurable metric. Sure, they have a hotel shuttle that the front desk will tell you runs every hour and half hour. But in reality it drops off at like 6 different hotels and it'll be around sometime in the next hour, but you really don't know when. So just come down about an hour before you're ready to leave. My stay was a total of 18hrs. More than 12 of those hours there was no hot water. Yet they still happily took my reservation, checked me in, and decided not to say anything until I called down to ask. Previous guests long black hair EVERYWHERE in the room. I'll be finding it for days. Good thing I'm not married. I'm pretty much certain the housekeeping was having a competition on how many times they could slam the deadbolt against the door threshold. One would think one of the things that a 1:00 p.m. check out means is you can enjoy the privacy of the room you paid for until the time they told you you can check out. Here it means we will start knocking at 11:00 anyway and then harass you every 15 minutes until you finally leave. I've had better experiences in by the hour hotels.
Mar 15, 2025 · Landon BurgeI really enjoyed the location of this hotel and the breakfast which was fantastic! Wide of options for everyone taste, fresh salads and breads, delicious omelette and la carte, lots of fruits and cheese! The rooms was enormous, like an apartment. Strongly recommend.
