May 27, 2025 · Kevin HicksSo to start, when we checked in the first room we were greeted by someone’s fungal-infested toenail and sticky floors. To say we were unimpressed. Then, when my friend informed management, the cleaning lady was very rude when we turned down the bedding to check for stains. We asked to move rooms, only to be placed in a room with blood splattered on the wall. We were informed that it was probably from a bug. Probably. We opted to return to the first room, where gratefully the manager himself re-cleaned the room. The stay was otherwise fine.
Apr 06, 2025 · BriCheck-in was at 3pm I got to the hotel to check in at 3:15 was given a room. When I got to the room it was filthy. It had not been cleaned from the prior guests. There was trash everywhere and the room stunk. I went back to the front and reported it. The desk clerk called the house keeper and told her to clean it and had me wait never offered me another room. I sat in the lobby until 5:11 waiting for my room to be ready. The next morning at 9:45 house keeping came around banging on my door telling me checkout is at 11am even though it says 12pm and I had the do not disturb sign on the door. They came again at 10:36 so I just got my stuff and left. This was a very unpleasant experience.
Mar 07, 2025 · Joe BynesThe location is great, it’s by all the food chains however, our second day the ceiling was leaking water. We good then and the assures us we would get a new room. We left for our family reunion and when we came back they lied saying the fixed the leaked when they didn’t. We know this cause when we went back to our room not even ten minutes later water was pouring faster than before! They didn’t even offer a partial refund or anything! All we got was a different room that we should have got the first time ! I will not be back at all
Mar 10, 2025 · Karizma AlizéThis hotel has had an obvious change of ownership and it's gone way downhill. The whole place is dark and dingy. Obvious streak marks on the mirror, dirty fingerprint smudges all over the place and an overall feeling of grime. They apparently tried to do some trim painting around the doors but, they didn't bother to tape anything off so, there are paint streaks all over the doors and walls. Also, the pool was closed, none of the vending machines worked, and the rooms had no towels, washcloths or hand soap. We called the desk and they eventually brought up some towels but, said they didn't have any soap. Breakfast was fairly non-descript but, the options were very limited, the toaster didn't work and the whole breakfast area was unclean. Definitely won't stay again.
