Absolutely wonderful. Was here a while ago and let me tell you, my experience was AMAZING!!!! Staff was very nice, room service was great, and the location was perfect. The only reason I did not give this review 5 stars was because i've been to the pool, and after 3 hours of that, i was feeling EXTREMELY sick. I couldn't get up from the bed and my condition was overall just not good.

Apr 17, 2025 · Sergovici MilanIt was right in the heart of the downtown, a close walking distance to many restaurants, shops, and where my conference was located. The staff was friendly and helpful. There was a mixup on my part with my room, but the staff did their best to fix it is soon as possible! The pool was clean and quiet. I highly suggest staying here.
Apr 05, 2025 · Brandi BadgettI had a lovely stay at the Courtyard Decatur Downtown location. The rooms are clean, the shower works amazing and overall I would recommend this hotel if you're staying in this area. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was friendly, helpful and patient. A few notes, however. The outlets in my room were all very wiggly. My chargers for my devices were barely hanging on and a few times my phone hadn't charged at all during the night. Another thing is the sound of the doors. No matter how slowly and politely you try to close them, they end up slamming very loudly. At all times of the day. Last but not least, there was a fire alarm test/drill that had been scheduled but the only notice was in the parking garage elevator. We didn't see the notice until after the fact. Scheduling a fire alarm test at 9am was awful.
Feb 18, 2025 · Hailey SwintCute hotel located in the most convenient part of downtown Decatur. There are so many nice eateries to choose from. The staff are kind and attentive. My only complaint is that I can never get the A/C fan to continuously run, which is what I like while I'm sleeping at night. I'm booked again at this hotel, so obviously, it's not enough to keep me away!
May 08, 2025 · Melissa RogersThe rooms weren’t terrible and the lobby was nice. Plus I liked the location and being in the same hotel as the book conference I attended. My issues were the bedding and the service. The pillows go flat near immediately and the linens were so light it was hard to sleep without being cold. The second night I asked for an extra blanket but every time I tried to call down, the line either kept ringing or gave a busy signal. When I went down to ask in person the employee was just on a laptop but said he would send one up. 2 hours later still no blanket so I just let it go. The 3rd day we were there, I asked for our room to be cleaned/refreshed and the front desk said we were already scheduled for it that day. Alas, came back that night and no cleaning was done. I understand the price was high because of the location and the event but it was pretty frustrating to feel like the cost wasn’t worth it at all.
