We had a wonderful check-in experience, greeted by a friendly gentleman at the front desk who provided us with helpful information about the hotel and its facilities. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, hairdryer, iron, and ironing board. The beds were comfortable, and the linens were clean. The bathrooms were also clean and well-stocked with amenities and fresh towels. I rated the hotel four stars due to an issue with breakfast service. While the staff member who took our order was polite and attentive, there was a significant delay in receiving our food. We had to politely inquire about the status of our order as we needed to catch a train. Our order was quite simple: I ordered fried eggs with tomatoes and whole-grain toast, and my husband ordered scrambled eggs with hash browns. The chef apologized for the delay, but unfortunately, my eggs were overcooked, cold, and the tomatoes were not grilled, making the meal unappetizing. My husband's meal was also unsatisfactory. I would recommend skipping breakfast at the hotel and instead opting for a meal at the nearby Outback Steak House for a more reliable and satisfying experience.

The hotel is nice and clean . My room did not have a good smell , maybe because it’s close to the pool and the rug may have been wet too many times . When I arrived the tv had no signal , someone came right away and fixed it . Dinner here you can skip , not too many options . Breakfast not too bad. I tried to purchase a turkey wrap from the fridge was expired and moldy . I alerted the staff and they replaced it . Service in the restaurant was great , they are nice and attentive. Trudy the bartender is a gem . At the end of my stay , I went to check out , the receptionist asked my room number and said I was set , I told her it’s a corporate card and need the room charges on another card . She said I should have told her and she can’t void it . , she was rude and lacked the customer service skills , I said the proper thing to do is let your customer know the charges and if it’s ok for everything to be charged to the card on file. . The manager , at least I think that’s what she is (name tags would be helpful) came and asked if I want the room charges on another card . She did not apologize or introduce herself , she was not rude , but at the very least apologize on your employee’s behalf . I think the hotel is lacking training/ better management. Hopefully they truly read this and make the changes necessary. You are in the hospitality business and the last thing a person wants while on vacation/ business trip is a bad customer service experience.

This hotel offers spacious, clean, and well-maintained rooms. However, the breakfast service received a two-star rating due to significant delays and unsatisfactory food quality. After an extended wait, during which my husband had to inquire about our order, my fried eggs arrived cold and undercooked, rendering them inedible. My husband's omelette was also subpar. We recommend seeking breakfast elsewhere. Reception staff were consistently courteous and professional.

The refurbished hotel retains much of its past in its design, features and room odor. Our double-double on the 3rd floor greeted us with its full history dating back to when smoking in your room was the norm. For travelers under the age of - I’m guessing 40 - that curious smell in the room is years worth of cigarette, cigar and pipe smoking! All things considered, we preferred the scent to overpowering fragrances. The room was large enough with a balcony overlooking an outdoor pool. The room included a HUGE fridge, a microwave and standard flat screen. The beds felt comfortable at first but upon moving position, I realized that the only truly decent spot was in the well worn body depression. The linens were Courtyard standard - value quality. At $110, I think the value proposition was just about right. We stayed one night; any longer would have worn on us quickly. The front desk employee was exceptionally friendly. We received late checkout which housekeeping seemed unaware of. They woke us 3 times and two separate times debated with me through the door why we were still in the room. There was a language barrier which added to the frustration on both sides. The DO NOT DISTURB tag was hanging on the door and after disturbing us the first time, housekeeping should have checked in with the front desk staff. Instead, housekeeping told us to call the front desk?!

Eh. Not a great stay. The walks are paper-thin so we could hear every single word spoken in the adjacent rooms as well as the hallways so we were frequently disturbed by loud neighbors blathering about “the game” and which players were worthy and which were not. The room was also depressingly dark regardless of how many lights we turned on and a few of the lights didn’t even work properly. The room had one window/door that opened into a courtyard so opening the drapes was not possible. Seeing that there was a lot of sport families checking in, we asked at check in to get a quiet room. We were assured that all the sports families were on another floor and our room would be quiet. Not even close to being true. The room was decently clean but we probably won’t stay there again.
