For almost $400 per night I expected a lot more. I had checked into my room early today. Worked at the desk in the room throughout the day and probably use the restroom (# 1 only) 3-4 times. Luckily I washed my hands every time with the antibacterial soap I bring. Went to use the restroom again about 30 minutes ago and saw this (see pic). That’s definitely poop. I know it is not mine because I have not rocked a deuce since I’ve been here. Then started looking around the bathroom and from straight on everything looks pretty clean, but once you get to the side of the vanity and the toilet, look out! They also need to clean the vent in the bathroom. Went downstairs and the front desk was very nice and gave me a new room. I inspected it thoroughly and don’t see anything else that’s gross in this room. I think the rate today and tomorrow is $360 per night. This place is worth about 150 a night. From the looks of the lobby and the hallways of the different floors it looks pretty nice. Once you get in the rooms, you can definitely tell they’ve got wear and tear.

Mar 04, 2025 · Adam LoydThis hotel has many good points but it’s not quite perfect. The location is good for walking access to restaurants, coffee shops and bars. The room was spacious, well equipped, quiet, and had a very comfortable bed. Wi-Fi was available and worked satisfactorily. The bathroom included a clean shower and toilet, with ample towels. A couple of criticisms; one bedside lamp had no bulb and hence, no light, and also a desktop had non-working power outlets. I found the next day they were not plugged into an outlet themselves! I would expect the maid to check that everything works in the room. My other dislike was the valet parking fee of $45 per day :-(
Feb 24, 2025 · Alan SharmanService was exceptional! Rachel at the front seat was terrific to help me coordinate my stay and make the trip easy. Cheers to her for being an excellent representative!
Mar 04, 2025 · Davis FilippellA comfortable and clean room. I was only there for an overnight stay, but had no complaints.
Jun 10, 2025 · John PerezClose to Chase Field and Suns Arena. Have to pay for valet parking because space is limited. Nice room but shower dripped and AC was noisy.
