This is a very nice and well located hotel. The staff is wonderful and I have stayed here multiple times. The rooms are great if you only need one bed. The major downside is that the second bed is a pull out couch and it's rare that the room is stocked with the needed supplies to make and use the mini bed. When bringing this to the attention of the hotel’s GM, Amanda Evans, she essentially replied that her people said they sent it so you should take it up with the shipper. No accountability. I would have expected more from them, especially given my loyalty to the chain. So disappointing.

The front desk staff were able to get me into a room early which was great, and someone was always available at the front desk. For service alone I give it 5/5. Now, for the hotel…The King room with a sleeper sofa is small for two people, so with the sleeper sofa laid out there’s no room to walk in the room. The shower has a half wall with no door or curtain so water goes all over the floor when you shower. There were ladybugs and stink bugs all over the windows with some getting into the room. My parents had a room two floors down and had the same bug issue in their room. Also, the only place to get food or coffee is a small bistro in the lobby. Where there’s no hours posted and no coffee or tea available when it’s closed. Overall just disappointing. I give it a 3/5 for the hotel. Not a bad place to stay just needs improvements.
