While the resort generally receives high praise for its extensive amenities and beautiful setting, it is important to acknowledge customer feedback. Some recent reviews indicate that while the overall experience is positive, particularly for families, there are areas for improvement. Specifically, some guests have noted that certain bathrooms appeared "dated" and that the "water was hard," suggesting a need for water softeners. Additionally, a concern was raised about "slippery surfaces" in bathtubs and the need for "non-skid tub bottoms," indicating a potential safety concern and a need to improve accessibility, particularly for senior citizens. While described as "kid friendly," some guests also found the overall cost to be "a little too expensive," though they still reported having "a blast." This suggests that while the value is there for many, pricing can be a consideration for some budget-conscious travelers.
In conclusion, Crystal Springs Resort offers a comprehensive and luxurious experience set against the stunning backdrop of the Appalachian Mountains. With its world-class golf, award-winning spas, diverse dining options, and an extensive array of activities for all ages, it is a premier destination. While some minor improvements in bathroom facilities and water quality could further enhance the guest experience, the resort consistently delivers on its promise of an unforgettable getaway, making it a top choice when searching for "Hotels Near Of Me" in the Vernon, NJ area.

May 01, 2025 · jesse lynnAnother great time for Mother's Day brunch new location very spacious and beautiful our server was amazing but the only thing when I got there the line was long I felt they were rushing us I'm a slow eater. Didn't want to eat fast. So it was not that enjoyable.
May 13, 2024 · Stephania Mso far so good- haven't made it to our room yet so pls stay tuned
Mar 07, 2025 · MAK PolinoThe price per room is definitely something they can work on. Most activities require additional payment, which makes the stay more expensive. The hot pool and indoor pool were nice. The dinner and show were overpriced. The breakfast was ok, but the obligated 21% gratuity is frustrating. Overall, I would probably come back next year.
