Dont get me wrong, this is not a five stars hotel. It is however, a good value. I enjoyed my stay. Enjoyed enough that I'm posting this months later than my stay occurred (AND I am not a fan of "Wyndham" properties). However, the, I believe, family, that runs the hotel obviously care about this property. Is everything perfect? No. But it's obvious they try very hard to make it as accommodating as possible and I would hesitate to stay here again. That said, I can't stand interstate traffic and one side of the hotel, like many, faces the interstate. I stayed on the opposite side. It was nice and quite. I wasn't bothered with noise at all. I also liked that a grocery store was a short walk away. As much time as I spend on the road, it was nice to have access to some higher quality food.

Apr 15, 2025 · Dwight JamesUpon entering my room, I was immediately hit with an old stale, musty smell. I turned on the HVAC system and left the door open for a little while. When I reached the wrapped bar of soap bar; a tiny insect flew out presumably from its spot between the soap bar and the decorative plate. When I went to bed, I felt something on my face. I brushed away a large black ant and watched it disappear between the mattress and head board. Please don't suggest that I should have called the front desk only to be possibly placated with an apology and offer for another room. That is a cop-out for poor maintenance or cleanliness. Lastly, breakfast was about what is to be expected in lower tier motel, but instant coffee is absurd. That coupled with an open-gallon container of milk, that can possibly be accidentally or intentionally contaminated, was beyond irresponsible. I recognize this is an economy motel. My work requires me to travel and inspect all types of properties; apartments, motels, hotels, office buildings, medical facilities and other property types. This was a new level of poor management.

May 14, 2025 · karola sundbergI have NEVER had a worst stay in my entire life until I booked a room at this cesspool of a hotel. If I could give it a -10 star rating, I would. At first glance the room looked fine but the longer we were there we noticed more things wrong! I went to the office to explain that we couldn’t get the shower to turn on. He said “you just have to pull really hard. If you can’t do it, then I can do it for you”. REALLY??? Like that’s your hotel standard? And you want to come into the room when I’m ready to shower, then turn it on and off when needed, while Im just wearing a towel? For someone who has neuropathy and weakness in their hands it was horrendous and nearly impossible. I complained that the mini fridge (NASTY) wasn’t working and acted like he could care less. It looked like mice had been chewing the cheap particle board furniture that it was resting in. There were holes in the walls, bathroom door had white stains all over it (hmmmm) and cracks. Upon leaving we asked if they could give a small discount for our unpleasant stay. They started deflecting the problems towards us like it was our fault that we decided to stay in their roach infested dump. They became very argumentative and downright aggressively rude. That’s noway to treat a guest, or anyone for that matter. Just simply bad business ethics overall. This place needs to be leveled and the owners need to get out of the hospitality industry FOR GOOD!!!
Jan 14, 2025 · MuseDo not book with Days Inn. They have you make reservations via a third party then when you get to the location. They refuse to honor the reservation without paying a fee on top of what they have already charged you. And the staff both at the establishment and the reservation desk for Days Inn are rude as can be.
